I noticed a bill on my discover card from easy saver. I don't even know who they are, but upon checking my search engine, I discovered that a lot of other people have received unauthorized charges. I have used ProFlowers.com in the past, and suspect that this is where the charge came from. How do I get rid
of this charge and keep this from happening in the future.

This post was so helpful. I too had been receiving charges from Easy Saver. When i googled it I came across this site. I called proflowers and was told I had signed up for something i had not. They wanted to refund only 2 of the 14.85 charges. When i asked to talk to a manager, the client servisces person "Beth" I spoke with was rude and I was on hold for quite some time. I was finally connected to Kim, a superviser who was nice and indicted all of the chanrges would be creditied back to my credit card. It is a shame profloweres worked like this because i was pleased with their porducts but will not use them agaoin. PLease tell anyone you know about this so it does not continue to occur.
