Unauthorized Bank Draft

An unauthorized transaction by Easy Saver is pending on our bank account. It is, apparently, from a supposed debit card transaction, but we are in the process of closing out our WaMu account and have not used the debit cards for that account for over a month.
No one in our household has signed up for Easy Saver and the only way Easy Savor could have obtained our debit card information is by a company that we have done business with giving it to them.
I have called WaMu to inquire as to what we need to do to stop the transaction and have been advised on how to proceed, but nothing can be done until the transaction has been finalized.
