I purchased this 360SharePro December 26, 2006. Last month we were unable to access downloading anything from this site anymore. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them and they give you an automated reply telling me what to do but nothing works. Does anyone know how I go about taking steps to stop these people from ripping off anyone else? Your help would be appreciated.
