Chile

I was charges for 4 saples I havnet receive in my credit ard.
I made the order 5 weeks ago, they were charged inmediately on my credit card and I stil havent receive anything
I called to the company many times and an extremly rude man hunged the telephone on me two times.
I want my money back!

This is a breach of contract if you havent received the products - is your credit card co helping you. Mine isnt as I received the goods but they said they would if there had been a breach of contract not receiving the goods is I believe a breach so get back in touch with your credit card company.

Also have you cancelled with the company ! If not make sure you do call 0808 238 9830
