I purchased some diet pills on line and should only be charged for the shipping not the actual product. Having called I've been told that my order has been cancelled but they failed to e-mail to let me know about the 16 days in which to cancel the order. Day 16 fell on Saturday when they are closed and when I collected the order with contact information in order for me to cancel the product. I called today and they are trying to put the charge through to my credit card. I asked why they took my e-mail when they don't provide e-mail confirmation and the woman I spoke with had no response for me. I asked to speak to someone in authority so that I could discuss this with them and the woman on the phone said there is no-one I can talk to and it might be best for me to cancel my credit card! I tried to explain my situation to her and she hung up on me.
