I ordered free samples of Total Cleanse, paid for shipping. After I was charged a mysterious charge from fit factory, I decided to go back to the site and read the terms and conditions, which state that $78 and some change will be deducted from my account every month for Total Cleanse. All I wanted was to try the free samples, not over pay for the product monthly.When I called 866-320-0038 to cancel there was no ring- the number does not work. I tried to e-mail the company, but no reply. THIS IS A TERRIBLE SCAM!!! I had to call my bank and block my card from any automatic deductions- I will receive a new card on Monday, thank God I caught this in time! As for fit-factory- I you call them and yell and demand you money back they will credit your account. You can also call your bank and submit a complaint.
