My girlfriend went to Third Dimension Salon to get a spiral perm. Come to find out instead of being perminant, it would only last 3 days. Service was VERY unprofessional. They were very rough on her head and the hair was very damaged after they said for extra money we would get damaged free solution, which we got. After 3 days her hair went completely flat. Not one single wave left. They offered to redo it so we schudled a redo appointment. She was very uncomfortable and had second thoughts of having them redo it. When we called to cancel her redo appointment since we found another salon to do it, they told us "that figures" and hung up the phone on me. We asked for a refund and they said "no refunds". It didnt state anywhere that there was no refunds untill we paid and got the reciept and it said that. Being it looked great afterwords i didnt think much of it (i even gave a tip). In quick terms I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Please save your time, money, and hair by not chosing them...
Got a spiral perm at the Aberdeen 3rd Dimension after requesting a worker good with spirals. My hair is shoulder length with no chemical residue. I showed the worker a picture noting the tight curl I wanted; however when the rods were removed the result was a very loose curl. The worker stated I should return in 3 months to get another perm. I left the shop with a wet head and by the time I arrived home my hair was still damp and was becoming straighter as it dried. When it had dried it was straight as a string except for the area in back where I have a natural curl. An expensive disappointment. I won't be returning to this salon.
