I cancelled my warranty with Auto One Warranty less than 90 days from purchasing it and the company has yet to give me my refund that is owed. (I have been waiting 8 months) My warranty was through Guardian but Auto One Warranty I was told handles their payments for them. Guardian says they cannot help me since they do not handle the payment portion and Ryan at Auto One Warranty said several times that my refund was being deposited and would give dates but it never happened. First I was told 10-12 weeks. Then 16-20 weeks. Well its been 8 MONTHS!!! After waiting 6 months I called them and explained that the bank account is now closed and they need to send a check instead of electronic deposit. Then they said they had to have proof from the bank that they closed it. So I faxed it, and what do you think happened, they say that they have no record of the fax I sent (even though I have confirmation page) so I have now sent it to them via certified mail and am waiting to see what that does. These people probably won't pay unless they are taken to court. Guardian says they should owe me around $280 but Auto One says $12 then $117 considering the payment that they withdrew that was not authorized but when I talked to them again they say no only $12. LIARS!!! They took money out of my account days after receiving a fax to cancel (which I have proof of that too) and refuse to put it back. It withdrew my account and the bank has now closed it due to their unauthorized charge. THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIVES AND LIARS. BEWARE!!!
