Don’t invest money in the company TheATP. I invested about $15, 000 and after several weeks, I got the phone call from the rep. He informed me that they were ready to provide my profit. The rep told me that they had some technical problems, and they would provide the check for me. After that I got the check for amount of $18, 000, but the rep from my bank told me that it was fake. Don’t waste your money and avoid this company. Please help me return money back.

I was in Chevron Island earlier today for lunch, when I got talking to the couple on the table next to us, his name was Grant Mcloughlin and his girlfriend name was Sharon, who looked old enough to be his mother (A real Glam) Anyway we got to talking what each of us did for a living and he told me that he owned a company that invested peoples monies and had great success in giving great returns. He told me the name of his Company and his name along with his mobile no, so when I got home I got on to the net to do some homework before I was going to invest some of our hard earned cash. Thank god I did

I researched (or so i thought) on this company before i invested with them and so i started off with $10, 000 (apparently i qualified for a discount from their “higher package”) after i spoke to their customer service and setup my account i was told my account wouldn’t be active for a week as i had to wait for their systems to process. I contacted them after the week had passed and no one answered the phone, i sent an email as well and never received anything back from them… It seems they can call us but we cannot call them… i still haven’t seen my money, my account or anything! DO NOT TRUST THEM! I’ve been looking into them and its apparently run by a “Grant Mcloughlin” who is running several of these scams! he’s just going around taking our money and ignoring us… even after googling “grant mcloughlin scam” it comes up with all the companies he runs… DO NOT INVEST WITH WSUNITY or any of his companies!

HI there, I had a call from a guy from 'True Wealth Pty Ltd this afternoon'. It was based on me putting up between 15-20K for investment in trading. Having romped around the internet for the last 2 hours I have found a Paul Willis on LinkedIn who is the Managing Director (https://au.linkedin.com/pub/paul-willis/14/6a3/449) of True Wealth ( Established in Sept, 2014)
Are we possibly talking about the same scam here?

I too have have been sucked in by one of their sweet talking, pressure merchant, compound interest, average 7% per month gains etc etc...But. It's starting to look like revoked "Smoke and mirrors" trick! Plus once the transfer has gone through...they're very hard to contact! All you're left with is that very uncertain feeling! You know what I mean!?

I found a report on AT Partnerships at Academia.edu:

They seem to be going hard with their sales too - I found this job ad on CareersOne

Hi atpartnershipsscam, so pleased to see someone else is onto their latest scam, TradingIT! I'm a PI working in Qld and have just acquired evidence that TradingIT is operating on Level 5, 140 Bundall Road with a new figurehead MD, Paul Willis appointed, clearly to take the heat off Darren Pattison, Grant McLoughlin and the ex- ATP/Winchester/GIS gang. However Paul wasn't intelligent enough to keep quiet about sales conman Gerald Goodwin's presence in the company (he is ex-Winchester Securities) now working as TradingIt's 'assistant sales manager', providing a direct link to his former boss Darren Gene Pattison. They have increased the membership joining costs, which now start at $12 000 to the Royal membership of $16 000. Their fake companies are like the proverbial phoenix rising from the ashes while their regulator ASIC turns a blind eye to the criminality being perpetrated against society.

The ATP, ATpartnerships AT Patnerships, Trading IT are all the same company
My review of AT Partnerships www.atpartnerships.com.au is that they cannot be trusted. I siged up with tradingit. They emailed the paperwork from the ATP - same staff at both companies. now I find that AT Partnerships atpartnerships.com.au are also the same company - same address same product. clearly they are not to be trusted hiding behind, multiple companies. I think they were ATP and got ousted online as a cash grab scam job and now they call them selves at partnerships

I have suffered the same issue only I invested $30, 000 plus fees ($5, 500).

I am by no means a pro stock market trader but after watching these clowns for the last 10 months and doing allot of research and demo trading I can close long AND short trades better than these "people".

In total I have lost close to $15000 plus fees $5500 to continuous stupid backward trading these people do, at first I figured "hey it's just a bump along the way" and I expected that, but negative close after negative close got me questioning their abilities and honesty, so I opened a demo account and got myself studying and researching the market ( mainly XAUUSD ) and after a few months I seemed to have got my head around just enough to turn out positive trades from 0.010 to 0.025 risk and killing it - with play money lol.

TheATP in short trade against the flow of the market, they enter in at almost the exact opposite end of most trades they enter into (perhaps they are illiterate and/or colour blind?). I should be angry at loosing $25, 000 to these ###s BUT NO - I am thankful that I may have just saved someone from losing all their savings or worse.

I could go on for many pages on how it all unfolded but instead I will provide a link to another fellow who lost a fair chunk of his hard earned happiness.

There are many more just like this and the link posted above is from a guy who actually went through the same garbage as me.

If anyone knows of a good no win no fee securities fraud solicitor in or near Sydney I would love to hear from you, please post below.

In short guy's please just avoid TheATP at all costs - it is a very steep and expensive leaning curve I could have done without.

On a last note imagine how it feels to lose $8, 000 in one day from a "so called" technical error.

Short answer - HOMICIDAL :)
