I'm new to hydroponics and the bald guy behind the counter was annoyed by my basic questions, essentially told me to just read the labels! (not kidding). The tall woman with all the tattoos also became annoyed and was very arrogant. Avoid this place! I will never go back.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This review was left by the owner of a local competitor. This person has been directing his employees to leave false reviews and has been slandering us to the point to where we have to get lawyers involved. Had this been a real complaint, we would do everything possible to make this person happy.
