If I may ask, whose Bank Account No. was the amount of $510, 000.00 USD deposited? Going back to your previous email it was very clear that the said Winning Prize will be deposited in my bank account. Further question is that the Certificate of Deposit shows that the deposit was made on January 04, 2016 - how come it was stamped on January 04, 2016 when I only became a winner last August 11, 2016? There must be a mistake somewhere. Please clarify me on this matter.

Hi I'm joan from cavite pascam Philippines. I also received the same letter and advise to contact Mr.Vino Hung barrister. He also ask for US$858 for the sworn affidavit of my winning. Dated may 10'2016.I was surprised at first. I couldn't sleep well at night and my daily routine was affected. I was not able send a money to him. I go to a bank and ask for further advise regarding this matter.They told me that it wasn't true and a big FAKE. As i have read the previous messages herein above, i have reservations as to the validity and veracity of the message, please be informed that i don't want to suffer the same fate as others have experienced, I need your advice...

Yes, I too received just recently the same mail with Mr. Tanveer but it must claim at ANZ Bank in Cambodia in which I was ask to send US$836.00 for processing the SWORN AFFIDAVIT of support of Claim. I was so excited that I immediately sent the US$836.00 without even checking the persons involved if the said promotions are scam or not. The Tagged Team Grand Lottery Promotion Int'l 2013 is painted with scenarios of bane and a boon. It is a bane because of the bad experiences shared by Mr. Vicente Raagas and Mr. Choong Sik Park. Both guys strongly opined that the lottery prize was and is a scam and that the team of Rita Collins, William Li, Dr. George Hu, Mr. Ro Many, and Barrister Sok Hung is looking for innocent victims by luring them to fall preys to their trap. However, both aggrieved guys too are not able to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the scam did happen. In the Philippines, a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty by the appropriate court. In this regard, a benefit of the doubt can be accorded to the alleged "tagged team".

It is a boon if one assumes that the tagged team composed of Ms. Rita Collins et al are there to serve the greater good through the tagged team grand lottery prize supported by multinational companies. They deserve a pat in their shoulders for doing the good thing.

It might be good that we give them a chance to defend themselves. We owe an explanation from them and a proof that indeed this is not a scam. Maybe, people who are able to get the grand lottery prize may issue a statement in the net.

I received the same kind of mail from the same people mentioned by Mr. Ragas. While the letter he got was in 2011 and the one I got was in May 2013, the contents of both mails are exactly the same. What I did was to pretend innocence of the scam. We exchanged mails up to the time that Atty. Barrister Sok Hung asked me to send to him via Western Union the amount of US$962 for the processing fee in getting the "Affidavit of Support" which is needed by ANZ Bank of Cambodia, the bank that ostensibly handles the prize deposit.

There is a guy by the name of Choong Sik Park who sent them the US$962 needed for the processing fee to get the winning prize. This money was sent to Barrister Sok Hung. After the receipt, another demand was made as a prerequisite for the release of the prize: an 8% commission. The guy got angry. So, the story ended. He stopped communicating to Barrister Sok Hung anymore.

i was followed mr sok hung an attorney of lottery company.
they demading me to send 836$ for the application fee than they told me after that fee no more pay and no more document needed anymore,
but, after i sent that money they demading another fee of tax for 0.8% of the fund 4000above somthing .
now i am very angry and disappointed it .
so i try to disclose this happning to all the people to be carefull of lottery which is fake delling with ..
i am very sad about decived by bad people and before i have been expericed many bad fraud scammers e mail .
