Supply World is a terrrible phone scam. They called saying that they were our company that supplies our toner (which we do have a company that supplies our toner, just not them) and placed the person on the phone's name on the shipping label. We did not pay the invoice and I received a flood of faxes and letters wanting me to pay the $700+ bill for one toner cartridge. What a scam! I told them that they could either send a prepaid UPS form or pick up the toner in person where I would have a police office waiting for them. Guess which option they chose? BTW, if you call their 877 number is goes to a macine but if you call [protected] you will get "Customer Service" which consists of one person named Annie.

Further research, the owners or operators of this scam are also located at 55 Marbella Drive, Rancho Mirage. Nice country club living conditions for scammers!

Well sure enough we got an invoice for something we did not order! They were really rude on the phone too. I reported the situation to the BBB.

We had the same exact problem here in my office. They told us the prices of toner were about to go up a great deal and that we'd better buy now. They tricked our 20 year old receptionist into allowing the shipment then we got their invoice for over $2000. They have since called and harassed our company multiple times trying to sell to us again. We received ANOTHER call today after we told them to put us on their do not call list and they actually tried to argue with us as we told them if they ever call here we will see them in court. Very bad company...if you can even call it that. It's more of a scam than a company.

BEWARE! if you do get a return label and UPS does come and pick it up, make sure you document the shipping# date/time etc because now these scam artists are calling my office telling me they never received the package and that I have to prove it was picked up!

Just an FYI to my previous comment...I followed up my phone call with a "firm" fax and did get a call from a different person telling me that she was processing my return and I should get my UPS return label this afternoon and that, with the tracking number, I can verify that the return is completed.
We'll see what happens there too...

I spoke with her a half hour ago. She said the tech department will send me a return label. If they don't I'm going to call everyday till I get one! ; )

I also just spoke with "Annie", who told me their "tech division" will be sending over a UPS return label. What a bunch of crock.

I just spoke with Annie as well, she acted like she was completely innocent and that Wes Brooks (the scamming salesman) was not affiliated with her company but that they are hired as a "service" company. She also blamed me for not asking her when she called to confirm my address if she was from Konica (our copier supplier). I told her that I would have no reason to ask since I was already being scammed before she even called. I also told her multiple times that if my name was being blasted all over the internet, I'd know about it by now so she's either in on it or not very bright! She says she will be sending me a return tag, we shall see what happens.

After dealing with sending the toner back... I received a call yesterday & today from "Linda Gray." I told her yesterday & today that we do not need their services and to put us on the do not call list. Yesterday Linda hung up on me, and today I hung up on her! LEAVE ME ALONE!

They have called me several times in the past months. Usually when I tell them we get our toner straight from Xerox they hang up on me. Today I talked to a lady named Linda, so Annie must have a helper now.

I asked Annie 3 days in a row for the prepaid UPS form and she still hasn't sent it in. It's been a week.

Did she take this long?

Thanks for the info. Just called "Annie" myself and she is sending me a return label as well, and she is putting me on their 'do not call list' so hopefully that will work!

She laughed when I told her that when you google 'supply world scam' her name and number comes up on this previous post.
