Strayer University - extra charges

I went to Strayer for three semester. I signed up as a law student and for three Semester I only took law one Legal classes when I started questioning them about it they kept tell me I needed to take one more Marketing Classes. When I told them I would not be taking any more marketing classes and that I wouldn't be attending Strayer anymore because I sign up for Law and all they were giving me is Marketing classes, which had nothing to do with law. They wouldn't release my transcript and started telling me that I owe them 525.00 for classes which they held for me. I had financial aid I don't owe any money I did not attend any classes. For the next Semester Plus they didn't have anyone to teach the classes. This is not far all they want is your financial aid they don't care about there students. With out my Transcripts it is hard for me to get financial again. On the television when you first get out of the elevators it is flashing across the screen in bold print if you drop before the first 3 weeks you will not be charged for the classes. Now they want to charge 525.00 for classes when I told them way before classes begin I would not be attending any more classes at Strayer. I would be going to community college. And because of this Navarro College is refusing to give me a copy of my Transcript. And I don't owe them a balance. This is stopping me from going to any college. I was recently attending Dallas Community College but because I can not get neither of these colleges to release my transcripts, I have been dropped and my financial aid was recalled. So in order for me to get back into college I will have to pay Dallas Community college back the $1649.00. Which is the balance of my Financial they gave me. I have emails sent to Dean Carroll and Audrey Wells telling them that I would not be returning to Strayer. And a copy of my contract saying that we will not be charged a fee if we dropped classes within the time frame.
