They treat employee as labour. .
This business team is very claver. They show fake odesk id take projects on them and actual work is done by trainees and low experienced guy. I can share lot of time which i spent there. . . I spent my lot of time on facebook, and canteen.
Billing hours are 8 hour. Some other guy can run your metre. Irrespective of whether he know abc of that project or no. . .
I had good time there. . .
If you have courage to take chances go ahead. . . And ### yourself. . .
