A free trial popped up on facebook and it stated that it was a 30 day free supply of pills all I had to pay was p & p which was about £2 each. When I checked my bank I noticed that it was actually £4 each. Exactly 14 days after purchasing the product 2 payments of £59 were taken from my account. I tried to contact the company but no one would ever answer the phone. I emailed the company but I received an email back saying that they no longer deal with customers via email. I telephoned my bank where I was told I had signed up to a monthly subscription and the bank can't cancel it I have to cancel it with the company. I was advised that the only thing my bank could do was request a refund every month when they took the money out. I then said that I would take my money out of the account and open a new account elsewhere to which I was told that even if I closed my bank account the subscription would continue to be taken and then I would also incur bank charges. After about 12 minutes I finally managed to get hold of the company on [protected]. I cancelled both subscriptions. I also requested a refund and was originally told know but as I had emailed them within 30 days after purchasing the product they allowed me to have a refund. I have to send the product back and then they will issue a refund. We will see what happens :-/

advertised as ''free 14 day trial'' you pay just £3.19 and receive a high quality product free of charge.
this is not what happened, they hooked me somehow into regular payments from my account without asking or notification.
I did not sign anything except the normal agreement of refunds ect, nothing said I would be paying 89 dollars every month.
I've also noticed a lot of other people have done the same thing. they target the vulnerable by raving on about how excited they are that you'll start shedding weight, someone please stop this!

I ordered a trial sample of slim lean and colon cleanse supposedly for £4.99 on the 18th June as of today 8th July 2013 I have not received the trail samples I checked my bank today and I have been billed £69.97 for each. I have tried with no success to contact the company by phone on various numbers from their various sites [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. I have sent e-mails which have not ben acknowledge,
I would advise that this is possibly a scam

I returned my "free" trial and sent them back within in the specified time only to discover that they had withdrawn two payments of £69.97out of my bank account have since discovered that there are others who have fallen prey to this company. I contacted the company on [protected] and spoke to a woman who said they will refund my money, but could take 30 days, time will tell. Something must be done about this disgraceful scam.

I have also been taken in! The email addresses are as follows
Customerservice@slimleanultra.com
Purecoloncleanser@rhinosupport.com
I have received my RMA numbers to return products unfortunately the products have not arrived yet and only have seven days, but I have informed the above and ensured I have a paper trail. I have informed my bank and they are aware of the problem and luckily for me they are understanding so hopefully when they sent by registered post, that will be the end of it, never again, one lesson, read the small print. Good luck x

I too fell for this scam but fortunately read such pages as this before any additional payments after the initial "trial" payments could be taken from my bank. I went to my bank and had a stop put on any further withdrawals by this company. They put me through to the fraud department, who were already aware of similar reports of fraud (as were my bank). I also removed all funds from the account as an added precaution. The next day I went back to the bank and closed the account, so I half hope these fraudsters try to extract money from a non-existant account and waste their time as they have ours.
I sent the pills back to an address I was given by them via email along with the 2 RMA numbers. I didn't send it recorded but enclosed a letter stating quite clearly that any further pills delivered to me would be disposed of and any subsequent communications passed to my bank's fraud department and via them to the authorities to further their investigations into the company's fraudulent business practices.
Having read other pages on this subject, it would appear that there are differing returns addresses being given on the returns slip enclosed with the "free trial" and in emails sent with the RMA numbers (if you're lucky). It pains me to say that I did get a pretty quick response when I asked for RMA numbers and was supplied with the numbers and a returns address. I have heard nothing since, so hopefully they've hit a brick wall. If they do email I shall simply not respond.
I'm just thankful I managed to realise what might happen before any damage was done and I realise I've been one of the lucky ones.

I also had this happen, I phoned them up threatening with legal action for false advertising and that i had been to every media outlet possible which they cannot argue with as they do not put anything about subscription or any other payments on the site, I knew by his voice I had him, I then contacted channel 4 through email, as they used channel 4, for an advertising link their legal team as I write this are looking into the company and the scam for making it look like they are involved, I then contacted the fraud department in my bank and explained the situation, I did a dispute form, and within 12hours recieved full payment refunded, I hope this helps at least some people recieve their money back, but I will continue forward as I'am determined to show this company for what they are and so should everyone who also as has been caught by this company.

Hi - I have recently been scammed by these people after applying for a free 30 day trial through a facebook advert. The customer care department have said that they would refund one of the bottles because I had not requested a returns number within the trial period of 14 days from order. I had not agreed to any repeat subscription, only the free trial which turns out not to be 30 days at all. When I received the package I was shocked at the cost of what the tablets would be on a monthly basis and I called to cancel immediately - however, there is no record of this call and the money was taken out of my bank account anyway - 2 sets of £69.97 - leaving me with no money in the account to cover Direct Debits. It is very disconcerting that my bank cannot track and stop these payments from coming out and seems to be a big hole in the banking world, leaving customers open to extorsion.

This also happened to me and I have just been told by the 'customer care department' of Lean Slim Ultra that they will not refund my £57. I did not even receive the free sample so I cancelled within the 14 day cut off period but I dd it by email which they deny receiving. They even told me that they did not have an email address but it appears on their advertisements under contact details. The customer care person said that they have now erased my debit card details but it doesn't help that I have lost £57 already. What a scam!

I have had the same problem with another company and in October I cancelled my bank card. Today they managed, on a cancelled card to take over £370 from my bank, this had put me in an unauthorised overdraft situation and the bank? They said there is nothing they can do, you give your card number you have to pay, heavily, for the consequences. Long ago the customer was always right, now banks and financial institutions don't care.

It is dishonest and probably a scam but when you accepted the terms and conditions you did indeed agree to be signed up to countless other 'subscriptions' in addition to regular supplies of whatever product these people are currently promoting.

Write to the fraud department of your card company/bank and request they cancel your card and issue a new one (with a new number of course). The offending company will likely not bother to chase the new card for the money.

I wish you luck - remember, the 'trial' is free, the product is NOT.

LEAN SLIM ULTRA :I have also been scammed by this company for two payments (at present) of £ 85.00 & 84.00 + £3.35 p&p i have been in touch with my bank and they say their is nothing they can do as when i clicked on the accept button on the webpage it gives them the right to take the payments, they cannot stop them .I have reported this issue to visa disputes and am waiting for a reply at the moment but it seems they could be taking this money monthly from me indefinitely and at the moment there is nothing i can do .
I have tried to contact this company by phone but its engaged all the time & by email but it just keeps bouncing back so i don't know what to do this is money i cant afford as i am on a disability pension & only ordered the product as a favour to my daughter and she cant afford to pay me the money .These people are just ### praying on the vulnerable people who are desperate HOW DO WE STOP THIS
