Spainbookers.com review: Shuttle Service 2

I am writing to express my frustration about Spainbookers.com service.

After contacting through email and telephone to confirm shuttle service from hotel to airport and get confirmation and time for pick up, the shuttle service never showed up. I called to inquire about the delay, and was told that due to a booking error, the shuttle service had being booked from airport to hotel (even though the voucher clearly read hotel to airport) and that we should find other means of transportation since they had made a booking mistake. Needless to say, I had to spend more money on cab services and nearly missed my plane due to their irresponsible and careless customer service. Please be careful or avoid this company for any traveling needs. I have requested a full refund as I had prepaid for this service.
