Was trying to work a deal with them to change my loan from an ARM to Fixed Rate. Was late for a few payments. Submitted a payment plus to help catch up and they said they don't accept partial paymnets. When in fact 3 paragraphs of my loan agreement states that partial payments can be made but additional charges may apply. They sent back all but one payment. Then they started foreclosure action. I asked them to postpone this action to raise additional funds and to keep trying to work a new loan agreement. Denise is who I was dealing with said she would put in for the postponement of fore closure and I had until the end of the month to get current. Will when all the funds were released from the bank for me to use. They never postpone anything and sold my house on foreclosure. Suppose to be on the courthouse steps on October 20th but a friend at the accessor office said that there was no one there representing my property. It was sold to Bank of New York, one of Saxon's banks. They stole my house and failed to follow some judical procedures. Now I must file bankruptey to protect myself from being screw further.

Saxon is foreclosing on our home after they denied me the chance to refinance after 2 years of a variable rate, the problem is that without my authority the loan was put up for collateral with Deutsch Bank, they commited fraud, we are taking them to court, I hope to laugh at the snotty customer service reps they employ. I will keep my house at a discounted rate

You must consider a shortsale most people do not realise that the bank does not care about the homeowner and there are millions of boiler room scams offering loan mods popping up every day . Out of 4 million homeowners facing foreclosure only 135, 000 have been helped thru a modification, companies are no longer allowed to charge for modifications so anyone offering their services at a price is a scam . I suggest talking to a licensed real estate agent about your case.
also many people do not qualify for the 5 requisites the bank requires .

we do not charge for modifications or shortsales the bank pays us. We wont ask u for a dime.
