First of all, who are you really because you have no affiliation with Mr Sipp of Sipps Garages in Coldwater, MS so you're defrauding that company for one. Second of all, I've not scammed anyone in the past 3 and a half years I have been in business.

Most of my work is done through an escrow system and my funds are not released until the projects are completed. I work through www.freelancer.com

It appears as though you're a disgruntled competitor trying to discredit my name and not doing a very good job at it. By the way, thank you Peter. It was a pleasure working with you.

Third, I have done zero business in my local area. None! I live in a small town that isn't to technological at all.

I would have to disagree with this report entirely. I have worked with Robert on several occasions for over a year now. He goes above and beyond what is required on almost every project! His communication is phenomenal! He responds promptly even though we're on opposite sides of the Globe!

This person is filing a false report/complaint because in all my efforts have found this to be slander, malicious in intent and the owner of Sipps Garages has no employee of a "Dan", nor is his name "Dan" at all. It's a family run business that has been there for 61 years. It's now owned by his son, and his first name isn't "Dan".

This person wasn't a client of mine and it appears as though my suspicions are correct. This is a false report and I have never done business with Sipps Garages of COLDWATER, MS before (NOTE: he posted Senatobia, MS).

I just got off the phone with Mr Sipp, who is located in Coldwater, MS - not Senatobia, MS. I also know this person personally and there is no "Dan" that even is in that town that they know of at all so incidentally him and I will be pursuing you legally ourselves.

Professionals usually also leave credible contact information in regards to a complaint registered as well.

Why don't you provide proof of your "accusations" as well. Receipts of payment, proof of an interaction between the two of us or anything else as well because I know for a fact - you cannot and will not. I'd also like to see the email headers from our interactions and provide proof of who you are.

My name is Robert Shawn Parker and if you google me, I'm not hard to find. My name and business name is plastered everywhere with my business address.

I'm quite sure you're not "Dan" and are this Todd Herman character located in Canada who scammed me out of hundreds of dollars of work. You told me to "google" my name by email and threatened me several times. If it wasn't for the fact that you're a Canadian citizen, I would be pursuing legal actions against you now.

I'm not a scam artist, nor would I EVER run-off with anyones money. How could I? Like I stated before, I work from a service provider and do not interact with persons one-on-one at all. I do not work outside of freelancer.com unless a business relationship has been built before-hand and through freelancer.com.

I suggest you provide proof and fast because I will find out exactly who you are and WILL PURSUE YOU. I have a one year old daughter, so why would I jeopardize my entire career?

Now I will be pursuing to work with the creators of this site here in finding out exactly who you are so I may now file suit against you and your entity for deformation of character.
