Rafael Martinez is a stalker, I went on a tour with World bike in Quito Ecuador, Rafael Martinez the tour guide was hitting on me the entire time and it was very uncomfortable. I got to my hotel, Rafael started calling me wanting to meet and have dinner. At home after I left Ecuador, he kept emailing me trying to start a relationship with me. After I ignored him he started calling all my friends and telling them I didn’t pay for my tour. He is crazy, stay away from that company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Soy María Elena Jaramillo de Quito Ecuador y puedo certificar que Rafael Martinez, de Work Bike es un excelente ser humano y profesional en toda sus actividades, su proceder en intachable y es muy apreciado como entrenador y guia de montaña. Su empresa tiene cerca de 20 años sirviendo al turismo y todos en el Ecuador conocen de su trayectoria. Fue durante 2 años presidente de ASEGUIM, (Asociación de Guías de Montaña) y hasta hoy continua siendo instructor y miembro del equipo de rescate de ASEGUIM, por tanto esta asociación puede también certificar sobre su honradez, profesionalismo y proceder.
Mi RECHAZO total hacia esta queja que se ha presentado injustamente, puesto que además no se menciona quién es? ni de dónde es? la supuesta persona afectada, escudándose en una publicación que solo hace una persona que engaña, porque no tiene pruebas de la injuria que manifiesta, porque de lo contrario debía haber presentado su queja, mediante una denuncia ante las autoridades de Ecuador, porque para eso están las instituciones de justicia.

I am from Quito Ecuador and I can certify that Rafael Martinez, Work Bike is an excellent human and professional being in all its activities, its approach is spotless and very appreciated as coach and mountain guide . His company has nearly 20 years serving the tourism and all in Ecuador known of his career. It was during two years ASEGUIM president ( Association of Mountain Guides ) and to this day remains instructor and member of the rescue team ASEGUIM hence this association may also certify on their honesty,
professionalism and proceed .
My total REJECTION of this complaint was brought unfairly, since besides not mention who he is or where is the alleged affected person, hiding behind a publication that only makes a person who cheats, because it has no evidence of injury that manifests, because otherwise should have submitted a complaint by a complaint to the authorities of Ecuador, because that is the justice institutions .
