Billed for something I did not authorize
Complaint Rating: 88 % with 16 votes
I was told that I would get a one weeks sample of their product for $1.87. I put the $1.87 on my card and was sent 6 capsules (which was not the 14 needed for the week) There was absolutely no paperwork with the for me to call and cancel the product or info on how much the product would cost. A few days later I was billed $74.98 which was much more than OI would have agreed to pay fro the product. Now, two weeks later they have billed me $5.87 for what I don't know. I want to unsubscribe but they do not answer their phone. I receive a message that there is a 45 min wait and then am disconnected. I went to GOHELPNOW.com to unsubscribe and was taken to this site where I saw all the other complaints. What do I do now?

I also sent for a free trial bottle that was sent with NO INFO! Writing this complaint is not enough, I want to know for sure that I will get a credit to my card and that I will NOT be sent anymore product! This was very misleading. This is really no help to me I want action and a real person to take my call!

I, too, have discovered the $5.87 charge from my bank today. When initially ordering the sample for $1.87, there was nothing in the ad that indicated auto shipping this product. And, like another complaint, I, too, had nothing enclosed in the envelope to order more or a contact number...just the little bottle of pills. My phone call to the number recorded on my bank statement indicated after working hours, so will have to try later. I want to know as well how to stop the charges.

I, too have discovered the $5.87 charge from my credit card. When initially ordering the sample for $1.87, there was nothing in the ad that indicated auto shipping this product. Writing this complaint is not enough, I want to know for sure that I will get a credit to my credit card of $155.39 and I will NOT be sent anymore of this product, please! This was misleading. This is no help to me, I want action and a real person to take my call! I trust that my refund will be taken care of expeditiously or I will have to report your company to the Office of Attorney General Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Bureau of Consumer Protection. Thank you for your prompt attention in this matter.

I sent off for the sample, recieved it, paid for it. and now they are charging me on my credit card for some thing I did'nt ask for and I dont want. There is a phone # on my credit card bill, and you call it and all you get is a recording saying go to www.gohelp now.com and I still cant get anything accomplished. but this complaint. So if it does not stop I will contact the Texas state A.G. office and the B.B.B.

As with all the complaints that are printed previously, I recieved a sample bottle, and then was started on auto ship and payments were taken from my credit card.I don't want this product or any other product that is marketed or distributed or promoted by this or any other similiar company. If this is simply a non performance website simply for people that feel ripped off to air their complaints, and I recieve no refunds or stop-ship, then I too will go to the B.B.B. and the office of the Attorney General for the State of Alaska, and maybe even Governor(Vice-President elect)Sarah Palin, to see if her (President elect)running mate from Arizona might be able to help a bunch of constituants that are being systematically robbed on the internet. Is this regarded as internet piracy? Or interstate trafficking of bogus goods and interstate theft via the internet?Believe me, I am pissed, and there's no telling how far I'll go to get even.

It is becoming more and more apparent that this site is just for consumer complaints, not problem resolution.I doubt that any of us will ever achieve any real satisfaction from this site or any other site similiarly related.I suggest that anyone, including myself, to go ahead and proceed with notification of all the appropiate authorities about this bogus internet scam.Copy all internet correspondence, telephonic communications, and letters written in complaint, numerous times so you'll always have a copy or two laying around to show your friends and local newspapers, tv news stations, internet pop-up and advertising agencies that use the web to push their products. You may never see any return on your monies, but you can bet that these thieves will suffer in one way or another. There are still people out there, (in Mesa, Az., and Orem, Utah)who are known to live in low places, and are willing to visit thieves and rip-offs like these companies, and "negotiate" with them and/or their families, to get things straightened out. Let's hope that such drastic measures don't have to be taken.I am inspired to dream of a complete and total resolution of all these complaints, and soon, as I am looking forward to my next credit card statement, and digging up old phone numbers in the Pheonix and Salt Lake City areas.May we all enjoy success in our efforts to resolve this matter expeditiously.

I am putting this website on my often used file so I can check into it on a regular basis, and if I continue to see more complaints about these unsolicited withdrawals from credit card accounts, I am going to fill this site up with so much complaining that the whole world is going to think that these products and their respective owners are nothing more than commercial terrorists and should be arrested, no trials, just immediate summarily executed as what they really are.Thieves, commercial terrorists, traitors to the United States in general.I suggest either public hanging or firing squad.

This is one big ripoff. Ive asked to not send me any more product but I went to the mail today and there it was again. You better not have charged this I put return to sender on it and put it back in the mailbox. You are sure not a responsible company. If this is read I demand full refund. For all the things i didn't order. One little sample was all I wanted. But that was a big mistake.

We appreciate forums such as Complaints Board that allow for customers of all products to vent or state their beliefs concerning a given product. We look at it as a great opportunity for us to share our vision and see it only as a positive. We understand your issue and acknowledge there have been others who have shared your same frustration. We recognize we are not perfect, but we are always seeking perfection.

We would like to take a moment and outline our whole marketing concept and emphasize it is very clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions and made readily available and we actually require persons to verify it has been read BEFORE one chooses to take our sample. We offer a tremendously healthy product, in a trial size, at a greatly reduced price, in order to allow more people an opportunity to try our healthy product that would otherwise never had had the chance. In doing so, our intent is that when an individual tries our sample, they can make a decision as to whether or not they would like to continue to receive the product on a monthly basis. If they like the product, they do nothing and the product continues to come each month. If they choose they no longer want the product, no problem, all they have to do is go to the web address on the bottle (www.gohelpnow.com) and simply cancel the product. This usually takes less than 5 minutes.

We strive to do everything possible to make the product cancellation experience as easy and fast as possible for our customers. In the spirit of good customer relations, we have created a specific avenue for all who wish to give their feedback directly to us by visiting our Customer Support website and clicking on the "We Want to Hear From You" button. We hope this helps to clarify any misconceptions and invite any and all to visit our Customer Support website (www.gohelpnow.com), available 24/7/365 a week, for more information.

I discontinued this in August but still was charged for it in August and in September. I have now closed out my credit card account and have filed fraud charges against your company. I will not stand by and tolerate such a scam as you sorry bastards are waging against us. Who do you think you are? I am contacting my lawyer and anyone else that will listen to me. You cannot rip off good people like this.
