I purchased a trial size of this advertised tooth whitening product. During the course of the phone call they asked me if I wanted to purchase the full product line for a much higher price. I firmly declined, since I hadn't tried the product how would I know it would work. A couple of weeks later I see the unauthorized higher amount charged by them to my credit card. I'm so sick of these leeches praying of people.

i have just looked at my bank statement and have had $87.62 equivelent of £53.72 stolen off my debit card PRISTINE HEALTH are the culprits i dont know what its for can anyone help joanne_63@hotmail.co.uk

What an absolute CON!! I too, have been Ripped off! Dazzle Smile made my gums swell so I have cancelled my subscription and, as told by an operator on the so-called Helpline, i was told to return my Applicator/Pen!!! Why should i send a FREE trial back to them???? I sent the FREE trial back to them after paying yet another charge for the inconvenience of all this, and I stuck by the rules, I had the pen sent back within the dates allowed before i was fully charged!! YET STILL this joke of a company have took nearly £60 out of my account without authorisation and I am FUMING!! And no letter will convince me that this is just simply a mis-understanding!! Because this just isnt a good enough explanation to my circumstance considering i followed all the rules that were stated to me by the company's own UN-Helpful line!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! And to anyone that is reading this...DONT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY, they are more or less stealing peoples money...Its an absolute disgrace!!

I too have been duped and like yourselves I had NOT ordered any future orders. Only when I opened a statement yesterday from Capital One Credit Card, an account that I had CLOSED on the 20th Oct did I see that this theft of a transaction took place on the 5th of NOVEMBER. I have been on the phone to the card company numerous times to no avail and they are making me resposnsible. I have and I am refusing to pay this amount for something I did not order or have received from an account that no longer exists. Shame on both those companies.
