I'm not sure what's going on with PositionMEonline but since James Mawhinney left RMA about a month ago my Facebook and Google Advertising accounts have gone offline. Attempts to find out what’s going on at PositionMEonline have been unsuccessful. I have heard a number of staff have left and I’m not familiar with the people that have been unable to address my concerns. I’ve been told someone by the name of Gabriel Ehrenfeld is in control of PositionMEonline now but he hasn’t got back to me.

PositionMEonline and RMA’s apparent lack of resources has had a huge impact on my business and I’m becoming desperate. I don’t even know if the Google bill has been paid despite funds being debited out of my account.

James says he regrets he is unable to speak to me about PositionMEonline’s business but since he has left RMA, RMA have insisted upon him ending all contact he has with clients, suppliers and employees which is clearly respected but frustrating nonetheless.

I rely on my website for business and without my Google ads my phone has stopped ringing costing me thousands in lost quotes. Does anyone know how to get in touch with Gabriel Ehrenfeld or anyone at PositionMEonline or RMA of authority so that I can find out what's going on?

Both James and Gabriel had a part in the outcome. The situation was incredibly stressful and placed significant pressures on our family - we had a 4 mth old and an 18 mth old and Reel Time Media was our source of income. Only the income never came and we lost everything. I will never forgive and never forget what James and Gabriel put our family through.

The disgusting thing is these people just fold a business and start another one.
Take James Mawhinney right now he is in Spain trying to acquire businesses overseas.
Back in Australia he owes X employees thousands of dollars and owes tens of thousands do dollars to employees for Unfair Dismissal.

The sad thing is nearly 100% of people will see nothing! employees may get something through FEG however that is a long and difficult process, just another government scheme to protect these ###. They say it's to protect the employees but that's a joke.

Digital personal released a doc to their creditors that the company is in negative of 800, 000.00 plus which means all creditors and all employees who have been unfairly dismissed will get NOTHING.

If I ever see this ### James Mawhinney he is going to wish he'd never been born.

Tim Gentle is the person who can answer most of these questions. Tim Gentle was handed PMO and other businesses as it was the most adequately managed business within the RMA group of companies. According to the Customer Satisfaction Business Unit (comment posted in this thread on the 4th of Aug, 2014)

Please bear in mind that RMA wasn't a tech company so the standards of technical understanding and delivery was extremely low.

Tim and Kylie Gentle recently quit and have started a new company called think.digital which Tim is trying very hard to convince poor unsuspecting DE clients to sign up (which is also illegal to poach as administrator are trying hard to salvage the wreckage) with him and the collapse wasn't his fault. In fact

WARNING DEALING WITH TIM GENTLE AND ANY COMPANY HE SUGGESTS
Tim knew very well as he was in complete technical control of many businesses which RMA held and even supported James M in court proceedings. Google "James Mawhinney – Enforceable Undertakings" for a public ASX statement.
Tim Gentle is trying to label himself as a victim of the this mess but in fact was a key player in this sad mess.

The reality is that Tim is a great salesperson but little to no technical training which means is completely unqualified to advise on how to develop some of these projects. Sadly some business will continue to listen, sign up to such advice and not be sure of their business will be supported by the right team.

All roads lead to Tim & Kylie Gentle (former Design Experts managing directors who were given managerial control over a year ago. This is confirmed by RMA's poor attempt by launching something called "Customer Satisfaction Business Unit" see post 4th, August, 2014 by a RMA representative.

They recently quit and are trying hard to recreate this mess by starting: http://www.think.digital/. Tim Gentle is a crook who presents very well and is a smiling assassin. He is unqualified as a technical head (he has no formal education with programming, coding) but a master sales person and again has managed to fly under the radar. His recent attempts are to send previously burnt clients to "recommended developers/suppliers"

WARNING: If you are one of these companies don't be swayed as these "recommended suppliers/developers" are in fact mates of Tim Gentle who are paying him in commissions.

Design Experts are experts with hand balling unauthorised payments coming out of ones business account to Eleuthera Group, their so called 'accounts team' who never reply to emails nor return your calls and when you get to speak to them a rude lady called Grace answers who is well trained in fobbing you off.

All we did was cancel our business account and re-open a new one...hassle I know but its worth it.
We lodged a disputed transaction (which was a list), to the bank and the bank returned our money today..hooray..!
I am so relived to have these people out of my life..!

Please DO NOT have any dealings with Design Experts, Reeltime Media and Eleuthera Group.
PMOL is under liquidation so they are no longer, hope the rest sink with them...

how about our families? Anyone who decides to associate with such ###! are not good trust worthy people they are people only interested in the bottom line and their own financial interests.
All we want is what's ours and as far as I am concerned Design Experts have helped PMO hide in the shadows and continue going on 18 months later spin lies and withhold earnings and client funds.
Whether directly or indirectly they are part of the problem and it's naive for you to say otherwise.

Design Experts is one of the best Web Design companies I have dealt with! Tim and Kylie are both amazing people and have built DE to what it is today. Although I am saddened by the fact that they have sold the business to RMA late last year, I know they were just thinking of their families future and couldn't refuse the offer.

Although I am disgusted at what has happened to some of the clients and staff at PMO, I just want people to realise that Design Experts has nothing to do with that past, they are simply trying to help the people affected! Yes Design Experts is now owned by the same overriding company as PMO, but the management is what sets them apart. I have full confidence in my business with Tim and Kylie.

How these people are still allowed to be operating is beyond me. Its been months and they clearly still owe money to plenty of clients, and ex staff (my self included).

I find the emails they *update* us with are patronising and the calling out of staff members for trying to get money they are owed is disgraceful.

These people are scammers and I hope they get shut down, and bankrupt the ### that are still there.

Any idea who the auditors are so I can contact them as well?

I have known all this for the 2 years that i have been screwed around bu=y these thieving liying ###. James was the first ### i meet and promised the world.

bottom line they owe me thousands and I doubt if i will ever see it because they are broke.

And yes i believe they are trading while insolvent. I have done full B&D checks on this group and OMG. What a mess, so many entities all classified as under financial stress.

What idiot would invest with these guys.

I believe their days are numbered.

Justice, revenge, karma or what ever you like to call it is coming to these ### James and Gabrial.

I feel sorry for the staff, but also angry with some of them because although they knew in hearts these companies were screwed they continued to support the ### line that they had been told to tell to dissatisfied clients.

This company sickens me.

As a recent employee the lies to their client and the illegal action X staff have received is disgusting.
Anyone who is looking at working with any number of their companies or looking at doing business with them should be extremely reluctant.

I am an X emplyee they owe thousands of diollaer to and you would expect communication from their CEO James Mawhinney who can be reached on [protected] all day and night. But no we have only recieved information when a lot of X staff chase up monies owed and then the light hearted threats in company emails to X emplyess begin to surface allowing them to hide behind their words like below.
Honestly can you blame any person trying to seek a rwsolution and recoup monies owed in contacing anyonme they could in the web of ### that is RMA? No and I urge all X staff to contact auditors, directors, the ATO, ASIC.

We cannot let fowl individuals hide behind companies like Design Experts, Level 91 and sticky websites to name a few.

Dear all,

The company is currently considering two alternatives for settlement of your outstanding entitlements as follows -
1. Appointing liquidators to Digital Personnel Pty Ltd - this would enable you to apply to the Federal Government under their Fair Entitlements Guarantee (https://employment.gov.au/fair-entitlements-guarantee-feg); or

2. Proceeds of Investment - the company is close to securing new acquisitions and is in detailed discussions with potential investors as a result of this activity. This option will become available to the company upon securing investor(s).
We are waiting for a change in senior management of Reeltime Media to take place which will accelerate the company's abilities to act on both fronts. Upon this taking place we will have a greater degree of control and clarity as to how and when your entitlements will be resolved.

Further Delay
It has been brought to the company's attention that a former staff member has contacted the company's newly appointed auditors which has resulted in an escalation of costs to the company. This person's interference simply delays the company's capacity to settle its entitlements to former staff, including themselves. These funds could be better put to use given the company is currently operating on very limited resources. The person responsible should consider the impact their actions have on their former colleagues who are in the same situation and are patiently waiting/cooperating with the company.

We will provide another update once we have further clarity over the intended direction and timeframe.

James Mawhinney and Gabriel Enhrenfeld. Ruthless as they are and lacking business intelligence, these two men do not care for anyone else except themselves. No communication has been forthcoming on the money owed to ex-employees and yet they continue in business. They are trying to raise capital to keep afloat a sinking ship. DO NOT INVEST! You're better off going to the pub and putting your money in the pokies as the chances of winning a return an infinitely better than investing in a company that is built on lies.

Almost all points re: James and Gabriel on this site are based on fact. If you're seeking confirmation, ask around. Ask ex-clients, ex-employees and suppliers. Most, if not all, will tell of disappointment in the approach to business these men have.

I agree with the sentiments in this thread, James Mawhinney and Gabriel Ehrenfeld are both scammers. Both claim to be trying to help you when in fact they will not pay staff wages, fire people without notice, withhold staff entitlements claiming they will be paid, but this will probably never happened. Staff have been owed money for over six months and these scammers are happy to just claim it will be paid when they are in a better financial position, yet somehow they are always able to pay themselves.

James Mawhinney and Gabriel Ehrenfeld have broken up families, reduced staff to working multiple jobs, having their utilities cut off and having to sell assets just so they can put food on the table.

Do not trust these people with any of your money. They are full of lies.

He will pay you in worthless "shares". There is no clear picture of how many have been issued or who has them.
RMA will not re-list on the ASX, they have major legal problems
He will not deliver the shares.
Any cash they offer you will not be paid
They will not help you with your marketing, they will hinder it.
you will be threatened with lawsuits by them
your bank accounts will be drained so James can fly his wife around the country, pay himself $10-20k a month, keep his fancy apartment and drive a sports car.
None of that money will be put back into your company
He does not pay his staff at Eleuthera Group, he pays himself first, then his wife, then his friends, his wife does not work, she cant (she's a "model") He is just washing money.
After your bank accounts are zero'd he will stop paying your suppliers, then your staff
the moment he takes over all super and PayG payments will stop, the ATO will still come after you.
Once your staff are forced to quit, he will hand over your clients to Design Experts - who pay him commission, very dodgy!
He will not give you a cent for this - your company will be left with no staff, clients or funds - but he will still keep using your credit cards
He will keep you as a director, the ATO will come after you, not him.

James Mawhinney has split families apart, ruined careers and destroyed more business than just the RMA ones, he does not care.
His aim is to rip off RMA and vanish, he has already ripped off the staff.
James and Gabriel are both ###, they have been trying to remove each other to take the lions share of the investment in RMA, this is how all of this started.

He is a thief, sneaky, dodgy and not to be trusted.

Do not be persuaded to invest in this company, they owe hundreds of thousands in staff wages, even more in supplier payments, all in all probably over 2 million!.
James and Gabriel are just circling like vultures to grab investors money as soon as they can and fly off into the sunset.
These companies do not have anyone working there, they are not able to produce products or provide services in exchange for the payments and deposits they take.

They are trading insolvently, dozens of people are eagerly awaiting for them to end up in prison.
James is only interested in making sure that him, his wife and his friends are able to draw massive amounts of funds from the company despite owing so much to suppliers and staff - he is a basic crook who doesnt pay his staff, flies his wife around the country for shopping and drives a new sports car

Do not sell your company to these people, they will steal all the money out of the accounts, stop paying you and your staff threatning you with lawsuits. They will take all of your clients and give them to Design Experts to butcher.

Their "shares" are worthless and manufactured out of thin air...do not fall for this!

I don't know who these people are but I can assure that I am a very very dissatisfied client of PMO. I have been ripped off for $1000's and as far as I am concerned PMO directors should be procecuted for trading while insolvent. They have collapsed into a heap and now want us to believe that everything will be rosy. What a joke.

Take my advise everyone, stay right away from PMO or any other company that has even the smallest connection to them.
As of todays date I am still owed $1000's and I have not received any calls from their so called Customer Satisfaction Business Unit.

We acknowledge that some clients have been impacted by changes in the Reeltime Media (RMA) group of companies in recent months and apologise to those affected. Of the thousands of clients across PositionMEonline and other brands in the RMA group we would like to highlight the fact that despite these complaints not being in isolation, the company continues to service a substantial number of recent and long-term clients and they are satisfied with the service being provided.

We are actively taking steps to address the matters raised in this discussion thread and to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained for those that feel they have been impacted by our internal changes. A new business unit focused on Customer Satisfaction has been launched in the group. This team will review current and former client accounts, attend to outstanding matters and ensure we are providing a high standard of customer service across the board.

ONLINE TICKETING SYSTEM

It seems I'm late to the party and have only recently discovered this diabolical mess. One thing I will say is that after reading all of the comments posted here, I'm struck most by the totally immature and unprofessional approach taken by people who obviously support this Gabriel character. I'm neither angry at, nor a particular fan of James Mawhinney - I'm neutral where he's concerned. I'm just a client who cannot believe the lack of integrity all around, and again, a bizarre lack of professionalism. I know a lot of PMO clients, including several I can guess from their content who have posted on this site. James' comment that they have been re-engaged reassures me not, and I'm guessing that when I talk with those other clients I know, the sentiment will be the same.

Reeltime media group was to take ownership of the business I was working for, they never put any investment into the business nor paid any staff members on time or any superannuation at all. There was zero communucation between staff members. They are a broke internet company hoping to snap up poor businesses in trouble with no cash up front. Then they hope that money will come in via the stock market... but they never listed either!... I'm a month out of pocket and nobody will even pick up the phone at reeltime's offices to speak to me about it. James and Gabriel are crook's. Avoid at all costs and don't believe anything they say because they lied to me!

thanks for that way ahead of you, there hiding behind shadows its so frustrating Ive rang many times only to be given an email which is forwarded to some pretend account people. Don't know whether to laugh or cry at this point, it's getting to the point where I'm past angry and just disappointed. Ones things for sure i ain't a quitter!

Can someone please post a direct contact to these guys!? Someone with pull and direct responsibility!?!?!?

They owe me money! I am a small business owner who trusted these ### for nearly 2 years and now I get screwed!
I want my money back before they claim bankruptcy or whatever! Although it seems they are already diverting everything to another mob.

I will go to ALL and ANY measures to get my money back that was meant to be sitting there for my click budget! Which they told me themselves that they owed me.
If anyone has a direct number to PMO not the BS diverted one it would be much appreciated.

All you people fighting over who did this and that take a second to think about the small business owners such as myself who have got screwed over.
I have my first child due this year, this could not come at a worse time, I'm not the type of person who asked for compensation or any of that BS I'm only after my actual money, the money that should be sitting there for my click budget to improve and develop my business.

Please, please, please post numbers here as I need to get my money back asap!

You simply can't blame one person, for a workplace that seems to breed laziness and bad business ethics, for a companies downfall.

I ran an online t-shirt printing business, and I approached PMO to help me integrate google shopping and adwords into my dot com in August 2013. I gave them one directive, have it reach its 3 month maturity by mid/ late November 2013, to capitalize on the Xmas shopping period.

In short, their sales staff were very friendly and willing to help, until I paid the set up fee, and set up auto billing for the 3 months of campaign servicing to follow the set up. From there on, this sole traders dream for business growth utilizing pre Xmas sales fell apart. They had 14 weeks to meet the target, and after 6 weeks of not doing anything, it was clear my requested target was not going to eventuate. Still I gave them a second chance, and was met with more laziness, and poor attitudes. By November, nothing was set up, and I formally requested the cancellation of the contract, due to not meeting my specified time frame. An account manager took over, being very pushy and insistent I continue. But not being happy with them not meeting my requested time frame, after promising they would, I wanted to take my business else where. I didn't even ask for a refund of the 'set up fee'. I simply wanted to walk away.

Over several months, the account manager made occasional calls trying to get me to continue. Until in February this year, he told me I now owed them the 3 months accounts maintenance fees, and would now be directed to their accounts department. Their accounts member got in touch via e-mail in March, and was even more pushy, verging on rude, and refused to reason that since they didn't even finish setting up the campaigns, there was nothing to be 'serviced'.

Guess what? Because I had foolishly trusted in PMO at the start, and gave details for auto payment on the campaign servicing fees, they took the 3 months of servicing fees anyway all in one hit, despite there being no campaigns to service! I tried to speak to a high level manager, but was diverted every time. I've since taken action against PMO to not only recover the servicing fee, but the set up fee as well now, under breach of contract.

So in short, Gabriel might have dropped the ball according to some, but from my experience, there was serious issues within PMO going back to 2013, that can not possibly be blamed on him alone. This business was a breeding ground for bad business ethics, and was doomed to fail one way or another.

the dishonesty continues. james washing his hands of what he started and reskinned as another company. gabriel welcomes back the prodical son to clean up the mess, and the lives of loyal RMA staff have been ruined. the market is talking trash about design experts, eleuthera group, and RMA, the cats out of the bag. there will be no re quotation on ASX with all the complaints about unpaid super boys, and your share offer to existing staff...try paying some unpaid wages first.

Yea so that's it, after a very public dog fight where Gabriel tore you a new one, and you lost not only your company, you lost your reputation and became the laughing stock of both the public and the industry, its now all good is it? Everyone hold hands and skip in a circle?

People knew you lacked intelligence and integrity James, but to be screwed not one but twice by the same person, well you deserve everything that is coming to you.

Do you think the investment is real? 1.6m, or if you read the wording is UP TO 1.6m, and what is it they are buying, none of the other entities are with you or Gabriel, everyone has had enough and already several hard earned companies have been the victim of the RMA mess.

You should have walked away when you had the chance with some shred of dignity.

The various references made to PositionMEonline, Design Experts, Reeltime Media Limited (RMA), Gabriel Ehrenfeld and myself, James Mawhinney, in the recent posts may now be disregarded. The 3 companies and individuals concerned are now working together collectively and have taken steps to ensure client relationships are preserved.

If you are considering doing business with any of these companies, you will find that they are willing and capable of delivering their services. I can say this confidently as I and my team have been re-engaged to assist with the various matters that needed attention, and the necessary steps have been taken to put any unnecessary disputes to rest so that we can all get on with doing business.

It's time to move on and focus on the future.
