I went for the original length of my contract with no results (chin hair removal). They continued to have me come for more than a year more with no discernable improvement. As I became more skeptical, they upped the intensity of the laser and on the last two visits I experienced the sensation of being burned, which was very uncomfortable. This caused me to canceling my next appointment and finally deciding to ask for a refund since I no longer felt extending treatment would ever do any good. I left a message with a desk person for the manager to call me and included some details of why I was . I have received no response. I called again to get a recording only.

The info I got when I signed up was that this business was owned by doctors, but no one consulted them when I was not getting any results as to how the results could be improved. I feel stupid for going for so long. I have little faith that they will return my money and am uncertain what next step to take.

I believe they rely on women being embarrassed by hair removal and therefore unlikely to make much of a public noise about poor results.
