i have the number for the company its 1-800-972-8094 when you call dial 0 so you can get an operator. here is the thing they tag along onto pay day loans and after you fill out the app for these loans they charge your account they say they send an email giving the opportunity to cancel saying that your app was submitted unfortunately they do not have a money back policy how convient right so the only thing you can do is cancel
Set up another bank acount and start using it for any new transactions or withdrawls and when you get back all the checks and withdrawls that you know you wrote out or debited from the first account then close it out. I don't know of any way that you can get your money back but you can stop them from debiting your account any further. Also let the bank know of this company so that they may call you when this platinum services tries to withdraw from your old account.
Because of these complaints I have been saved I hope! Platinum Services called me with a wonderful pkg. deal take a trip any where in the United States for only $1.95
With the promise of not being a scam, he gave me his companys email address and
thats how I found you. Before I gave him my account numbers I looked up his email
and some reason it popup as the complaints on his company and not on his company web site. Thank god!!! After seeing all these complaints and different complaints sites I was so happy I had not given him my information. SO THANK YOU !!!
I just called to cancel this service after seeing the charge on my account that was made on a Sunday. What company that isn't a scam charges you on a Sunday. I am out $169 because they say I did not cancel before the 10 day trial was up. I do not remember anything about there being such a large non-refundable charge.
I have done these trial things before with other companies and they always refund me when I forgot to cancel or I did not use the service.
We need to get the word out to people not to sign up with this company. I now have to tell my husband that we are out $169.
Platinum Service debited me for 79.95 and my bank wouldn't do anything about it at the beginning, I think I got a new customer service guy who didn't know what a 'fraud claim' was. Anyway, I called PS three times and got the same angry sounding person every time, and when I raised my voice at all out of frustration, she would YELL at me. Literally YELL. And say "MA'AM YOU ARE BEING SO RUDE! I CANNOT HELP YOU! YOU HAVE AN ATTITUDE!" etc. So I calmed myself down, asked her to refund my money, and got the complete run around from her. I ended the call with "How do you f--king sleep at night".
Thank god though, I didn't have 79.95 in my account, so it got returned anyway. Then I got a better CS Rep at my bank and she filed a fraud claim for me so I can get my returned item fee (35.00) back. Woo!
