I have had to deal with Scott Piggott and his filth, lies and bad business etiquette. He has received money for hay orders, and does not follow through on his end of contracts, and I know I am not the only person in this position with him. He is in way over his head, and keeps digging. He has people working for him that have no clue what they are doing, and have no experience in the area. Inexperienced persons running farm equipment is dangerous, and life threatening. He underpays his workers, and treats them badly. He hires people to illegally work for him. He had multiple persons from the United States Of America working for him in Canada without working permits or visas. He will lease equipment, makes arrangements and promises to pay for it, but never follows through. Hay shipments are in lac of because he owes the farmers, in whose fields the hay comes from, money; and the farmers will not allow to be removed from their property's until they have received their money, because of issues in the past with them having to hound Scott Piggott for months and months until they receive payment. If I could turn back time, I would never of done business with Scott Piggott. He has caused us nothing but headache and done nothing but lie and play games. In my life of business, I have never in my path, come across such a shady, selfish businessman, if he can even call himself that.
DO NOT ALLOW SCOTT PIGGOTT, from ONTARIO CANADA, rope you and your business in like he did to us and many others.

His father and him use to have a business called Canada hay and foreage, which, as you can see, is well known for being fraudulent and a scam. He has swindled many companies and people out of money, and shows no remorse.

You must be Scott Piggett or a relative. Its pretty sad/pathetic that the only way you guys know how to make money is to not pay people for goods/services that you guys requested. You officially owe more than $284, 000 right now and counting. I am not just making this up. I can provide a link if need be. I am sure you guys are bankrupt or about to be. You guys just don't have the logic to know how to make money. Seriously no logic or sense. You have to pay the farmers you got the hay from and the transport costs of the hay. Its not free. WOW...I guess this really isn't a disguntal ex employee as Piggott Farms states...I believe that if you are a trucking company DO NOT deal with Piggott Farms, or Scott Piggott himself...YOUR BILLS WILL NOT GET PAID...it is unfortunate that someone can take advantage of people so easily and take their hard earned money and just turn around and spend it before these poor farmers get even 1 bale of hay. And to his employees (if there are any left) ... GET THE F@$K OUT! He will screw you just like he screws us farmers and trucking companies...This is a constant occurance with Piggott Farms...BUYER BEWARE!
Scott Piggott is Filthy ###. These posts only confirm the type of person this "business man" is and always will be. He is filled with nothing but lies. He will Lie to get out of a lie. He is a destructive, selfish, greedy human being, and the only thing that even makes him human is his anatomy, because his thought process, mind, personality and mentality is that of a cold blooded animal. Not only does he cheat on his family and live separate lives but he cheats in the business world, as said and explained in above posts, and also past posts which you can find on the internet. Apparently it was not just a disgruntled employee trying to bring him down, but in fact someone speaking the truth, no matter who they are, and it is not only them. It can't be too comforting to know that when your name is googled, nothing but a number of bad things pop up, explaining and trying to warn people of the type of trash you are and the horrible things you are capable of. he lures people in, Manipulates them with charm, then once he has convinced some poor buyer, or farmer, or whoever else, he takes the money, doesn't return calls or messages. When he is confronted about these things, his true side of "businessman ship" shows, and he utters rude things, he loses his temper, raises his voice, swears, and does whatever he can to end the call, make it seem like he is in the right, then he goes about his pathetic life. it will all catch up to you, you will find yourself backed into a corner, where I have heard...you are now. you will be broke, actually let me rephrase that. You are broke, like always, you just wont have some other fools money to spend anymore. you should not be allowed to run a business or be associated with any company or business. you are a disease, a plague, and your type are what is wrong with honest people and honest living. You steal from people who have worked hard and have earned their place in the world. The only thing you have worked hard at is how to sly your way through the industry, lying, and sneaking and stealing.
Technology is a greta and wonderful thing, there is things called ip adress, and they are like a finger print to say who people really are. Why do you continue to beleive that all of these posts are from ex employees? Looks to me that there are 5 different complaints ...I don't see this being an employee...I see this as your work just finally starting to catch up. Leave your ex employees alone, I think its you with the issues and keeps trying to blame others for your screw ups and money mismanagement! Own up to your f*$k ups and show face instead of hiding behind excusses and supposed "bad employees".
I am not a fake poster or an ex-employee as pflltd likes to state. I am not sure who pflltd is but i do know piggot farms will not answer the phone and nearly every number we have for them has been disconnected, avoiding the 11 other trucking companies (that we know of) who have also been stung with non-payment issues. we do not know if the non-payment issue is piggot farms' fault but we invite them to dispute our claim and send us proof of settlement. we aren't out a lot of money like some of the others on here claim but its a lot to us. I also have read the public records lawsuit against Piggot Farms and wasn't surprised as this is the second lawsuit naming them as defendant that i have read recently. Unfortunately all too late for us to avoid the screwing we received thanks to piggot farms and/or RCM transport. I would gladly speak to anyone directly on the phone or in person regarding this matter. I would recommend to anybody to steer clear of this business.

All he knows how to do is spend, spend, spend...all the money he gets from hard working farmers with the promise of sending them hay. But they never get their hay...and the money is always mysteriously gone! He spends it so well, that I recently heard that Mr. Scott has or is in process of purchasing a home out there in Alberta...must be running out of Ontario to escape the collections and put a dent in his path so people/companies have a hard time to relocate him...NEWS FLASH MR.SCOTT...you can run, but you can't hide...at the end of the day, collection agencies, lawyers etc...they will find you...eventually.
And the excusses keep on coming...now Scott has finish letting go ALL his admin staff between ontario and alberta, and has hired new ones because the other ones "we useless, and didn't know what they were doing". REALLY! I think the common issue here (even after all the staff changes), that there is still one employee that stays on payroll, (even after all these staff changes), yet the company is still in the same ### and the pile keeps on growing. UPDATE---the only person who needs to be let go from the company is Scott himself. I will put my money on it, that if all the staff that he has let go over the last year or so, all get together to run Piggott Farms and fire Scott...the company will actually be better off and function like a real company ---- IT WILL PAY ITS BILLS! Scott...you can't keep blaming others for your foolish spending problems...the walls are starting to close on you...and eventually you won't be able to bull ### your way out.
I have watched Scott James Piggott for several years, I have seen how he manipulates, uses, destroys people's lives, squanders money, cheats, steals, lies... yes, he is in Taber Alberta, yes he is dirt. I have witnessed the destruction of lives. I have witnessed his lies and manipulations. well im not affraid to say im a ex employee and i worked last year for him and seen all the ### he pulled. he is a real piece of ### and ###ed employees out of thousands of dollars after they left there familys in the us with big plan yet to work for 3 months and make 2000 dollars. he is a big piece of human waste. he stays in cereal alberta while he is up there and gets drunk and ###s the woman that help him up there. hire some more women scott you piece of garbage
I think its funny that scott would google his name and find this. he know deep down he is a waste of human flesh. I worked for scott for about a month and a half last year and screwed me out of thousand of dollars not to mention had family friends come up and work for them and screw them out of money. his dad is just as bad as he is. the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. he would laugh because he would send hay that was way over moisture content. would crush bales loading them. would wreck trucks. and steal oh my god he would steal anything he could. we went and rented a brand new john deer swather from the john dear dealership in Hannah alberta and they had to come repose it because he never paid or wrote a bad check. and they wouldn't even do business with him again so we had to drive all the way to Edmonton to get equipment. hell even his business partner the hay buyer paul said last year scott was the dumbest he has ever seen. scott would smoke weed every night. would go to lethbridge with his lady friend he hired for weighing the trucks and screw her while his wife was at home pregnate with twins. he has several other kids that he had to sign over because he was so worthless. he isn't aloud to come into the us because if he is caught in here he will be put in jail because he owes people hundreds of thousands of dollars. ive been in contact with scott in the last few days. and he thinks his ### doesn't stink. I wish more people would step up because I no there is more people. he live in Watford Ontario. . just the people that worked for him last year still are owed around 20000 dollars. he says oh I paid for this and I paid for that but it was part of the deal when we went up. just please guys make him pay AND BEAWARE OF SCOTT PIGGOTT AND HIS WORTHLESS DAD BILL PIGGOTT. I have herd he has hired all new people to come work for him this year... to the suckers he has lured in. do not work for scott or bill Piggott. you will not get paid and you will work your ### off for nothing. they will promise you the world till its time to pay. when pay day comes they will have something made up about how they are waiting for a payment to show then they will pay u. before you no it its the next pay day and now your 2 checks behind and it keeps going from there. stay away from these 2 scam artists. they are a complete joke and there are dozens of people coming after them for well over 1 million dollars. don't get wrapped up in there scams. Rumor has it that Scott Piggott has resigned from Piggott Farms, AR partners took the company from him as he obviously did not fulfill his part of the agreement...LOSER! I don't know how all you people that Piggott Farms owes you money how you will be able to get it back if he has resigned. On paper he did not own the company, his father did, and he was "just and employee". What I think is funny, is that if he was not the owner or have any shares in the company, how was he able to sign on these agreements, get back accounts, or run the company as he owned it? This has to be fraud. signed off on the assets of a company that is not even his? Maybe I am missing something? Where is he living...Ontario or Alberta...? Last I heard he has a home in Ontario and one in Alberta and he is still flying between the two? I feel bad for all the "contracted" employees that he convinced to work for him for cash and not be put on payroll...I am sure he has f***** them over as well, and has left them out to dry. I am also an ex-employee of Piggott Farms. Not only was I working illegally while I waited for my paperwork for my work visa, but I was shorted 3 overtime hours and was not paid for my final week of work. This is the most poorly run company I have ever worked for. I enjoyed it while I was there, but now feel extremely taken advantage of. Now that I have found this thread and see that I am not the first person, it doesn't really surprise me. After 2 months of being told that my final check was being mailed/wired to me and now being ignored, I am fed up and can attest to everything that is said on here. I worked in the office and all day everyday got angry phone calls from people who had not been paid, which I had no control over. Why should I be surprised that I am never going to get my final check? Now I see why this company hires and paid people under the table...those people can't legally get the money owed to them when Piggott Farms refuses to pay them for the work they did. Taking advantage and screwing over people who really need the money is an awful thing to do, What a shady and messed up company this is. I hope karma bites everyone involved in the ###.

I wish there was a way to get all the contracted workers that he has either not paid and the ones that he just terminated their employment without notice a means to go after this ###...but I bet that he has nothing on paper, and these poor people are ### out of luck...I see that he not only takes advantage of the poor farmers who work hard for their money that he has easily taken, but he uses good people as his employees, then leaves them hanging...WHO DOES THAT! He cares about one person, and one person only...himself...! I am new to this website but hope all you folks do get to see my post. Anybody that had any dealings with Scott Piggott can you please e-mail me and tell me your story. All will be kept private. I am a Private Investigator and Recently I was enlisted into the task of trying to bring this man to justice. I am close I think but any help you folks could give would be appreciated. Folks who worked in the office and might know details of residences, farms, vacation places, etc. could be particularly helpful. Mr. Piggott has made mistakes i'm sure. If we put all the information in one place I am positive I can find this man. It might take us a while but what do we have to lose? From reading the posts on here he has made a lot of people miserable.

RCM Transportation, LLC. has invoiced 345, 000.00 and has not received one penny from Piggott Farms and or AR Partners who also has told me via email along with Scott and his Father that they would pay. It's now been 10 months, I have lost my business and numerous other problems have made my live a living hell because of his actions. We know for a fact that Miller Hay Co. in Calif. has paid Piggott up front for product and Transport of his product from AB to NM, TX, CO.

Oh, my god...I thought Scott Piggott have learned a lesson when we ruined his reputation all over the internet back in 2010...But, appearently the "crook" is a "crook"...Scott Pigott stolen more than $6, 000 dollars from us. We paid him for hay order to be shipped in to the Gulf region and we never saw the hay nor our money! the thing that makes me angry is that he has all the "gutts" to reply and argu with the peopole whom he has stolen money from just like he has all the right to do so...
