I would like to return an item, but I don't know how to do it. The reason: your representatives ignore my messages and phone calls. I want to know why.
Let me start from a fact that I got a defective item. A shirt with a small hole outside. Yes, it's repairable, but I didn't pay for this, so I have the right to return it.
I tried to phone your customer service several times, left messages and sent emails. None of it was answered. Is anyone here working for you?
Why do you provide non-working phone numbers on the website?
I won't give up anyway.
Lost my package
Ordered a tuxedo from PerfectTux website and they lost my package. I was supposed to get my order on a certain date, but nothing arrived so I contacted customer service and they said that they need some time to check what was going on. Later they said that my package was shipped but it was lost during the shipment. They promised to fix their mistake, but nothing was done! I have no tracking number and don't know anything about the status of my order! I need my tuxedo as soon as possible!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
