advertised FREE sample, only pay shipping. Next month $90.00 on my account. Called to complain they refused to credit my account and actually wanted to ship me MORE merchandise which I did NOT WANT They are a scam DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM...No where in there ad does it give you a price for the "free trial and auto shipments there after.
Also Dr Oz recommended this...I wonder if he knows about this SCAM?.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
i just called these people Nulexa .. in the uk using the number on this site given for the Uk ... aparantantly the £75 is for a free sample .. the free sample price of £2.99 is for shipping ONLY .. not a pot of free sample ... so BEWARE .. its a scam . small print say if you do not call and cancel the free sample after 14 days you will in fact be charged for the Free Sample ...
I have just been on the phone with all these companies selling beauty products... now I have companies debiting my credit card and I never received product and I never heard of them. It is like they are all jumping on the bandwagon. One have had their telephone cut off and the other one I never heard of has an answering machine. I of course have never heard of them.
Stemologica says that you have to report a problem within the 14 days to get a refund and if it's used then you're out of luck if after the 14 days...you can only return unused product after the 14 days. I said it's a trial...it will be used.. The customer service people are rude and unhelpful... they say many of us misconstrue their policy and I say it's them. Nulexa is the same.

I cannot even get these people on the phone. Calling my credit card company to stop any further payments.
I had the same thing just happen to me - I just got off the phone with them. They would not credit my account and I could not ship it back to them. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM,
