WARNING! - To anyone dealing with Ms. Pamela Brandy Sanders. She is definitely a con artist who is only out for profit. The online profiles and well written articles about Ms. Sanders are tall tales far from who she really is. Ms. Sanders has never been enrolled in an accredited college or university nor does she hold a Theatre, Dance, Music, or Business Administration degree of any kind. Her various online profiles states that she has attended one or two of the following institutions but, there is no record to date of her attendance, as per school confirmation:

Goodman School of Performing
Arts Chicago State University
Northwestern University

Any information you find posted on this woman is completely FALSE! Her highest education level is at West Side High School Gary, Indiana (diploma received has not been verified). She was born in Chicago under the birth name Pamela Joyce Porter but, a year later her family moved to Gary, Indiana where she was raised. She is not a professional in the industry and she has no connections to anyone of importance to help with the advancement of your child's career.

Ms. Sanders and her late husband Stanley Sanders, an Extras Casting Coordinator, has represented a few artists in the past but, only booking the artist for their self-produced events: Nu Skool Sings Old School, Old School Lives, Spotlight on Sisters, Masquerade on the Water, Healing through Music, etc. In the end, the artist drops Bran Stan Productions or Ms. Sanders as a manager shortly thereafter. The last artist to hire Ms. Sanders as a manager dropped her within the first three months of representation. Ms. Sanders has absolutely no experience in the following fields posted on her Los Angeles Women in Music profile.

A&R/Record Label
Artist Management
Choreographer
Marketing & PR
Music Supervisor
Musical Director
Press/Publications
Producer
Retail/Wholesale
TV/Film Services
Music Event Coordinator/Concert Promoter

The non-profit organization (The Kierrah Foundation) founded by Ms. Sanders has been suspended by the Franchise Tax Board since 2008 (failure to pay corporate taxes) and the Secretary of State since 2010 (failure to file the $29 Statement of Information form). She has never been considered a non-profit entity by the State of California and has had her 501(C) 3 revoked by the IRS as of May 2013 for failure to report the organizations income for 3 or more consecutive years. However, Ms. Sanders continued to wrongfully promote The Kierrah Foundation as a non-profit through-out the rest of 2013.

Preying on those ages 7-17, you are not allowed to have the proper artist representation of any kind when auditioning or participating within her events. Such representation would bring her credentials into question and discredit her entire operation. The $25 audition fee and the collection basket passed around at each event supporting The Kierrah Foundation or any other organization, is of personal gain for Ms. Sanders. According to the Krekorian Act auditions are considered a job interview and you should be paid once you are hired for the job i.e. Nu Skool Sings Old School. Anyone soliciting, promoting, supporting, or associated with Ms. Sanders for a long period of time are just as guilty of committing a deceitful scam against the general public and small businesses. Ms. Sanders, according the Krekorian Act and The Dept. of Labor does not appear on the list of businesses that have posted a Talent Service Bond; her refund policy is as stated: ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS! And as per her website Celebrity Guest, Record Producers, Press, and Music Industry Professionals are slated to attend. However, various complaints of her failure to deliver would prove otherwise.

Ms. Sanders hides under the radar by changing her name, carrying a Pre-Paid Cell phone, multiple Pre-Paid credit cards, no home, apt., or utilities in her name, and uses multiple current mailing addresses as her physical address. Ms. Sanders has made her way in this industry through the advice and education of her one and only Board Member as well as President of the Kierrah Foundation, Daniela Ryan-Feath, who has been there with Mr. and Mrs. Sanders, since the beginning in 2004. Mrs. Ryan-Feath has since relocated to Palm Desert, CA but, is still a reliable source for Pamela Brandy Sanders as she continues to scam parent, the general public and local vendors.

There have been a number of complaints against this, as of 2014, now defunct organization and its founder Pamela “Brandy” Sanders. However, Ms. Sanders continues to scam parents and vendors with her Nu Skool Sings Old School event geared towards kids seeking a career within the entertainment industry. Working hard to stay under the radar, Ms. Sanders, within the last year, has moved twice upon the discovery of her physical location. So, please be aware and warn all others who are associated with or are thinking of being a part of this organization.

Well...she's still at it...wish I would have found this report before I lost THOUSANDS to her...SCAMMMMMMM! And the saddest thing is that the scheme is based on children...they are being exploited for financial gain...so sad.

Two years ago, my daughter was a model in Brandy's Nu School showcase fashion designer segment. I paid $100 to receive a copy of the show in addition to a solo video of my daughter from beginning to end. Needless to say, I never received the video and asked for a refund several times and received multiple sad stories and excuses. The other two complaints are very true. Brandy continues to seek kids via LA Casting. Don't waste your time with this woman as she has the gift of gab. Her ideals are great but very poor execution and she hustles people. Be warned.

Wish I could have read this before I was dragged into an event this weekend.
I am the Sound and Lighting company that aided her in her last ruse. I was asked to do the event for a friend and made every possible attempt to help her with the show and she could not follow through with basic items that my Corporate Sponsors Paid for. She did not have any event production skills nor dose she have any ability or collateral to hold or produce an event. She has skipped out on the invoice due the day of the event and is having me wait till Wednesday for a small discount. Brandy claimed that she is currently working on a new NPO and will have the letter of appointment from the IRS by December. I will follow up on this with the IRS and insure she does not receive any help or federal aid for any of her shows.
Her M.O. is to hold an event every month at different locations and showcase kids age 7-18. Brandy will book the venue knowing she does not have the collateral to hold the event and beg her friend (who are in the entertainment industry) to help her. As calls go out she banks on her lies of major organizations such as representatives from the National Endowment for the Arts, Major National Sponsors and padding her list of confirmed Celebrities. She would also give sob story to the sound, lighting, video and photo vendors that she was ripped off by another service provider and cant afford to pay much. She will then ask the service providers if we know anyone who can loan her cash or if we have any built in sponsors. She will then burn the bridge with them don't do it. Brandy has no communication skills and no drive or sense of direction. She will use and manipulate people into helping her and expect not to get paid for it. She promised the winner of an award $2500.00 for her performance, gave the novelty huge check and after the show she told the parent and the little girl that won "You have to wait for a few months till the money comes in". Weather or not she pays her is a mystery, however she still has an outstanding balance with the photographers, the videographers, the venue and myself. I hope she has the friends to bail her out of this one.
