I agreed to try a free sample of Pain Vanish. But I received a small sample, which did little or nothing, and an invoice for $19.94. Since I agreed to a free trial sample I did not feel I owed anything. Now a month later I get a reminder that I STILL owe the $19.94. According to the statement on the back of the bill, "You always receive your order on an "Approval Only" basis with no obligation to buy it."

Not only did I did not order this "Free" sample, they have now, (after I refused to pay the $19.94 charges)after 2 years, turned it over to a collection agency. I have called this col. agency to dispute this bill, but lo and behold I have been disconnected twice. Imagine that. I have called the Federal Trade Commission and the Oklahoma Consumer Credit Department. My next step is to send a certified letter to the coll. agency and the United States Postal Service. Wouldn't this be considered mail fraud? Can you tell I AM REALLY MAD!!!
