This company does not pay as agreed - net 45 - average time to pay 75+ days, constant lies about checks being mailed out, skipping invoices, complaining that they do not have paperwork/pictures that were submitted several times. John Chalmers is an out and out liar - DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
After not receiving payment for 6 months, I called and informed them legal action was being taken. As an out of state plumber, our hands were tied. After several minutes of run around, i was told that nobody else was in the office and the woman on the phone was able to help me. She complained that several people had quit, and while she could see my invoice in the system, she didn't know why it wasn't paid. She took my information with promises that "somebody" would call me back. Waiting 1 business week before naming them in small claims court. Will update with more information.
They have paid and all is well. Just have to follow up with them.
This is true. I am furthering my investigation and do fully intend to take their contract from Blockbuster as a maintenance company.
