William LaMot of the New York State Division of Human Rights located in the Bronx New York is the ultimate “Uncle Tom” whose sole purpose and job is to quash and quell any racial discrimination claims reported to them, under the guidance and orders of Governor Andrew Cuomo.

This man is a discredit to his position and all he does is derail and sabotage legitimate complaints of racial, sexual, ethnic, age, employment, or disability discrimination claims, on behalf of his corporate and government masters.

He is single-handedly destroying the entire charter and purpose of the NYS Division of Human Rights, and he needs to be fired or resign immediately.

My landlord tenants case 64075/19ny started on July 2019. A resident that lived adjacent from me continually complained that I was making her upset. A hearing was set for December 2019.The hearing was not fair. a Fair Trial was schedueled for January 31st 2020 but before the trial occurred I had been detained by the Police on Christmas eve 2019. I was given a dat to appear in criminal court and an Order of Protection was set against me on January 10th 2020 in Criminal Court 100 Centre street. On the day of the schedueled Trial of January 31st at the111 Centre Street Landlords Tenant Court I sat in the Court room, the Plaintiff never appeared instead of the Fair trial I was asked buy the Judge to step out of the Court room and a conference began amongst the prosecutors. After the Mobilization for Justices attorney said to me in the hallway that I could loose a case eventhough I was in the right. I asked what would happen. I was told that I would be forced to move out in a couple of days or sign a inequitable non monetary stipulation to move out of my apartment at 113 east 13th st apt 12-c nyc 10003 at which my rent was fully paid on October 31st 2020. I wanted to go to trial but the Mobilization for Justices attorneys sat unconcerned. I was misrepresented. On April 2020 the order of protection from criminal court was dismissed. I was in double jeopardy. I asked to Mobilization for Justices' attorney if the stipulation set against me could be dismissed, the attorney wanted to wait until October 31st 2020

Nevertheless in spite of the various Court sessions at least 40 including virtual sessions which were additionally involved with my concern to have to stipulation dismissed, hardship declarations and moratoriams the Initial plaintiff's representatives continued to progress along idiotically with unsubstantiated complaints and without regard for my rights. The Judge and the Prosecutors would not concede. I found out at during the last virtual court session at which the Plaintiff finally appeared that the Plaintiff was the daughter and not the mother.

The kings county court approved of an eviction order and it was sent to the Bronx Marshall to served me an eviction notice in manhattan,N.Y.C.

I personally filed a notarized complaint to the division of human rights on August 25th 2021 with 5 pages of summary attachments and about 25 pages of scenario within which included addition incidences of administrative oversights. On August 27th 2021 I included attitional court signatures of Judges and Attorneys... Attitionally I later forwarded during september 2021 additional court evidence of about ten pages. I havee not received a confirmation number. I called them at least 10times an left messages with the variable automated vocl attendants but not a reply occurred over months of calling. Once a live receptionist answered and said that the court could not be sued but the landlod could, Certainly my case number 64075/19nycapacitated all of the pertinent necessities. The live receptionist said that one of the sspecialist would call me back but they did not. I called back and the live receptionist stated that she couldn't do anything about it but her superiors could.

I assumed that the comissioner maria L imperial could and should, loads of indirect rethorical promise but confirmation has not occurred.
