New Kerala Roadway's Mr Xavier promised me transportation of my house hold goods on 31 mar 15 and I was confirmed by Mr Rohit that the vehicle will be at my place at 1100 am however at 4 pm Mr Mathew confirmed that they cannot provide me the vehicle and started asking Rs 8000/-more than there quote for which also I agreed they again confirmed that the truck will be at my place at 11 pm with the labor to load, however at 9 pm all of the employees refused to pick up my phone and never responded my tele calls I wasted my entire day and my flight tickets of the next day because my luggage was not dispatched in time . PATHETIC is the only word suited to such people and they should not call them professional .
REQUEST PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO SUCH CHEATS PAY SLIGHT MORE BUT TO A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY DON'T GO FOR THEIR GLOSSY PAMPHLETS.
Please dont go for New Kerala Roadways.
This by far is the worst service, people are rude, they threaten for unloading if we are not paying the balance money, and their service is too bad. The people involved are Cherian, Mathew Cherian, and Xavier.The driver forced to make payment, else packets will not be unloaded.We paid Rs 55000 for the transport to be transferred from Delhi to Kerala(cochin) in a single truck, which Xavier agreed.Balance Rs 7000 to be paid in cochin once its delivered. When the truck reached Kerala, we were told by the drivers that the load changed hands in 2 places, Delhi and Trissure.They are carrying goods for another party which should be offloaded in aluva.lots of items got damaged during transut including some glass items and aluminium.i.e., Cloth drying stand, Shoe stand, lader, etc.Its almost took 2 months to deliver one missing packet after repated calls to both offices in Delhi as well as in Trissure.Still we have not got our A/C and one carton box of cloths.We were calling since 2 months for the rest of the packets to pe delivered.my dad requested them and the didnot bother to take any proper action to clear the issue.My dad call in Trissure office to the concerned person and he did not get any satisfactory reply.They told not to make any further calls to them or do any complaint. Worst Customer Service.We would not recommend their service any more to anyone.sorry for making such comments and i wish anyone who is approaching this company for any service should not be cheated.
