The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

The company above is sending unreasonable charges to unit owner due to their own fault. On Aug 2010, I have personally deliver them a void cheque to set up monthly pre authorization withdrawal along with payments of condo fees. The staff took the payment and advise that there will be no penalties of any kind because payment was received in time. Today I received a notice stating that it is a final notice for me to make a payment of over 705.71 dollars including $446.14 of interest and admin fee. The above company delayed to send in the request to the bank to withdraw the september 2010 payment and now penalizint me for their error. Note: I already supply them with the payment and bank account for payment in Aug and their staff confirmed that there is no penalty charge at all. They are theathening me of sending this to the collection agency.

They never answer their phones!
I called 5-6 times due to an emergency, no one answered and I left a message everytime. I ended up driving to the condo management office to talk to someone, when i got there, the secretary wasn't even sitting at her desk. When she finally came to her desk, she was such a bit*h! I told her I called and left several messages, and she claimed she didnt get [censored].
Okay bit*h, if you were actually working / sitting at your desk you would have gotten my call.
New concept management OWNER AND EMPLOYEES ARE STUPID!, DUMB, ###S!
They rob and steal from you!

WORST CONDO MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER!
They charge you for absolutely everything, even though it was their error!
I had asked my intercom to be changed, when they changed it, they attached a n incorrect phone number to my buzzer. Now they sent me a notice if i need to change it, it will cost me $100 dollars! Are you fu*king kidding me? Really? On top of that, I explained the situation to them and what the employee had done in error, and they did not offer to change it as a one time acception, they were forcing me to pay. I even forwarded the email I had showing the exact number that should have been attached to my buzzer. I asked them also who does the programming for the buzzers, just so I could ask them to make the acception to fix it, and they wouldn't tell me. I bet the reason why is because the company probably doesnt even charge an amount, but the money hungry bit*hes at the management company will try and find any way to charge for any little thing! I love my condo, and my first place to call home. but I wish I had done more research in regards to these fuc*ers! WORST COMPANY!

This company lacks the intelligence to organize ownership if storage lockers in condos. They can not keep files updated and find themselves routinely providing bad information. They can not keep EFT contacts as they could not direct debit the account we set up for storage locker fees and sent an invoice which we had to pay by check. This company is absolutely the WORST management company I have seen in an administrative capacity. High staff turnover due to what I can only imagine is due to the owners extreme use of micromanaging staff and the owner also seemingly lacks fundamental customer service skills business etiquette and

Avoid this company for you condo management. Maria (the owner) should not be allowed anywhere near other people, let alone in a managing capacity. She is rude, cannot listen and does not seem to be of great mental capacity to understand even simple issues.
Their staff loyalty also does not look too good. Managers there change more frequently than in Macdonalds...

This company is terrible. I have dealt with them as well. They do not comply with the Condo Act and are rude to building occupants. CONDO BOARDS BEWARE. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
