i'm wife of one of the employee at Nagarro company who is harassing me for dowry and tried to kill me several times. As an Indian girl i tried to approach relatives and other respectable persons of their city regarding this matter then insisted his family and him to sit in public and discuss the issue and stop doing this to his wife.. but he make an excuse to them that he has to go for official tour to foreign country for 1 month and didn't inform me.After so long wait i contacted Ms.Shweta Amri (HR) of Nagarro Company several times regarding harassment by my husband and asked her about my husband information which is the right of every wife to know where his husband is? but she never helped me and supported her. my husband takes work from him leaves and reach in laws house, if during this time he kill me then who will be responsible? I even requested Mrs Shweta Ambri that if she cannot help me, then either report this matter to manager or connect my call to manager so that i can myself asked for help from him, but she never helped me and always supported him. this is really shameful on her part as a girl and on company who is part of this Indian society and helping such persons who are disaster to the country.
i'm wife of one of the employee at nagarro company. my husband harassing me for dowry, even try to kill me several times. as a indian girl i tried to sort out this matter by meeting with his family and other peoples of their city, but as he was guilty so to save himself he always move to foreign country on an official tour so that the meeting get cancelled. after this when his harassment goes out of my limit i contacted company HR Ms. Shweta Ambri several times regarding his information, but she never helped and supported him. my husband takes work from home leave and then reach at in-laws house, if he kill me during this time then who will be responsible? i even requested her that if she cannot help in providing the information then either she tell my problem to the manager or connect the call to manager so that i can get information of my husband which is the right of every wife that where his husband is? but she never helped and didn't provided me the number or email address of company head. this is really shameful that company being part of this indian society didn't help even the people harassed by their company employee and even supporting them...
Don't believe in the company, they don't have any value for anyone.
Go to police. File a FIR. Nagarro will not help you. Bahut ghatia log kam karte hai iss company me. They only think about money. Employees are not paid well in this company and they work like dog here.
