I have purchsed 10 600va UPS of microtek compnay for my education centre. THey work fine for 2-3 months but after some time 6 start creating problem of non charging. I bring my ups to the local dealer and service centre goela electrical for the rectification of the problem but there were no engineer for 1 week as they have only one engineer in the whole service centre who take care of all the problem. i waited for 1 week and again go to service centre where Mr Sharma( Microtek engineer) told me that He will sort out the problem at my premises nexr day . i waited for two more days and keep rininging him continously but all in vien . I have also lodged a complaint at Microtek haryana customer number they gave me many compalint no. but still my ups are in the same condition. IS THIS THE SERVICE MICROTEK PROVIDING TO THIER CUSTOMER AND TENDS TO BE NO.1 . SHAME ON THEM. Microtek is the worst service provided I have ever met.
