encroachment on road for parking cars
Area on common road has been encroached by people (in front of A29 and A30 sudershan park moti nagar new delhi -15) . People have used chains n locks to encroach the road and reserve their car parkings. Area is not in front of their house but on road. Same situation is there in front of Shiv mandir A block sudershan park . Pls cut these chains nad bars and stop people to take system for a ride.

big tree near house stopping even sunlight
Dear Sir, Adjescent to my in dilshad Garned Area there is big tree which is grown so much that neither proper sunlight nor my dish TV signals are reaching my home. Moreover it is becoming big security threat also anybody can climb the tree and reach my house. I've old parents who are staying with me and remain almost alone during the day at home.
I have made no. of complaints MCD, they say it Is horticulture department's work, horticulture says it is MCD's work. I don't whom to say. May I request you to atleast cut the Branches of the tree if not the whole tree.

I would like to attract your attention towards illegal construction being undertaken at CA-120C, Janta flat, Hari Nagar, New Delhi-64. it is a janta flat and 3 floors are being added to 1st floor house illegally. I am surprised how this construction is going on as it is an old allotment of 70's and adding new floors would only burden the existing structure which has already become quite weak. Are police and civic agencies only waiting for the structure to fall or cave in, thus leading to loss of lives of innocent citizens . Tall claims are made by MCD to curb illegal construction but i dont think this can happen without the knowledge of area police and junior engineer. demolish the structure immediately or wait for the disaster to happen. we may soon watch some dramatic scenes of television soon.

Entire road stretch between Adarsh Nagar to GTK Bus Depot near Karnal By- pass is in worst state of affairs. In the last one odd year the road had been repaired on two/three occasions but again it has collapsed and as on date the condition is very pathetic and the two way stretch between Adarsh Nagar to GTK Bus Depot near By- pass is not motor-able. About a year ago when failed at every quarter to lodge the complaint, as a last resort I had requested the office of Hon'ble Prime Minster to kindly set the things right, which in proper prospective should have been attended by the local civic bodies. Consequently, the road was repaired within a fortnight. However, that was about a year ago. Since then the stretch under reference has collapsed twice but nothing doing. Presently, only seeing could be believed that how the criminal negligence of MCD endangers the lives of users of this road. As on date, it is in very dilapidated condition. Before any road tragedy occurs because of apathetic attitude of MCD, I request the office of Prime Minister once again to kindly institute an inquiry that how and why the stretch under reference collapsed thrice where the Metro Service prevails? And why it is in worst condition for the last three odd months endangering the lives of citizens. The guilty officials of MCD, after inquiry, of this sordid road condition must be punished and made accountable. unauthorized construction
Respected sir / madam,
This is to kindly bring to your attention regarding an illegal & unauthorized construction going in our locality shiv nagar, near tihar jail road, new delhi (West delhi) .
The person who resides on the first floor of this plot has previously constructed the 3rd and the 4th floor and now in process of constructing the 5th floor on the terrace, which i guess, by any means is totally unauthorized and illegal as per the guidelines laid out by mcd and delhi government.
He also doesn't hold any noc for this construction. But is still willing to go ahead with the construction of the 5th floor on the top of it.
The families residing at the ground floor and in neighborhood are at big risk. Considering the load getting increased on the same ground, the building may collapse at any time and will result in loss of many precious lives.
I would request the concerned authorities to kindly please consider this as utmost urgent and please take immediate actions and help us stopping this at the earliest.

Dear sir / madam. I want to bring your attentions on an illegal and very risky building situated at Shakarpur With owner name Mr Bhinder singh rana, address is G-5A shakarpur near school block new delhi-110092. (Trance Yamuna) Sir this building violated many basic rule and cause now it’s one of the most dangerous building now. It was constructed in middle of 2007 while new construction was strictly band in all over Delhi that time. Its was a plot of 100 sq. yard from which 50 yards was sold out but it occupied more than 50 yards and occupied both sides of street area. Because of ban on construction that time building was constructed in night and made white wash simultaneously in same night so that no one could notice new construction. Because of construction in night and very hurry ness in completion they used very poor material and constructor had no experience of construction. Because of that the height of building gone more than 55 feet with poor
base, more over they cover the both side street area more than three feet to increase the room and kitchen size from 1st to 4th floors (total five floors are in building) Because they covered more than three feet area of main street now it became risky for this street. It became more narrow and in case of any miss happening (like fire earth-quick etc.) its will be very difficult for any fire/rescue vehicles to enter in street. Some neighbors observing that building has started to incline towards to street because of poor construction, more height, poor base and they center of gravity of building is towards to street due to unauthorized extended construction toward to street to increase the room and kitchen sizes. Dear sir/ madam we request you to observe this building from your experience engineers to safe the people and avoid any miss happening in future. Because it is the 1st corner building of the main street so it is risky for all peoples who are

i want to bring in the notice of concerned officials of MCD & public functionary i.e. the Commissioner, MCD, The Mayor, Delhi, hon'ble Lt. Gover of Delhi, Chief Minister of Delhi & Central Vigilance Commissiner, N. Delhi through this complaint that huge illegal, unauthorzed & dangerous building constructions over the more than 30 plots in Mahendru Enclave within the jurisdiction of Civil Line Zone, Delhi, those are : C-136, C-34, C-47, C-46, C-37, D-12, C-8, D-1, D-41, B-35, B-11, B-17, C-15, C-!30, C118, C-112, C-137, C-57, C-10, C-35-A, D-11, D-92, D-90, D-89, D-87, D-86, D-75, C-76, C-77, B-61 & D-88, Mahendru Enclave, are being constructing without sanction building plans illegally, for which several & repeated complaints were lodged with the Dy.Commissioner, MCD, Civil line Zone, Delhi & also with the concerned higher authorities vide D.D.Nos. 16131, dtd31/10/11, 15503, dtd.17/10/1, 9443 dtd.22/6/11, 5432, dtd.11/4/11, But concerned officials of Building Deptt. C.L. Zone even DY. Commissioner, MCD, C.L.Zone have not taken any action intentionally & with the ulterior motive against the above reported illegal, unauthorized & dangerous constructions inspite of repeated several complaints due to the corrupt nexus amongst the MCD officials of C.L.Zone, building contractors & builders & public functionary with the result no any action is taken against the reported illegal constructions. it is humbly prayed to the concerned higher authorities & public functionary that prompt & necessary action may kindly be taken in the cited matter in the interest of law and people.

we are having problem with regards to the sewage water flowing in front of our shop on the main road for the last 2 months. MCD people visit but wioth no solution, mosquitos are breeding and there is a danger of malaria and dengue to us and also to the residents of the area. This is sheer apathy on part of the MCD for not resolving the small issue and let the resident of the area live in such a situation.

It is a matter of concern that owner of this property is constructing the building unauthorizly as the entire construction of walls (from 1st Floor) is erected on the chhazas (Balcony) dangerously and the same might invite unavoidable disaster and may cause human losses as the entire load is put on the Chhazas.
We the people of the locality has already requested the owner (Mr Malik) not to construct the building in such manner but instead of stopping the aforesaid construction threaten us and said that you can not stop me as I have already have setting with the govt official concerns and he has greased the palm of the concern officials in advance.
It is humbly submitted that please take appropriate action against this Unauthorized Construction at the earliest so that this dangerous construction can be stopped .
In this regard no action has been taken, instead of taking action, MCD officials advising the owner to complete the construction at the earliest so that we can show that there is no construction is going on, accordingly the aforesaid construction is still going on in full swing.

non removal of the garbage
Garbage outside my house is not removed for a long time due to which lot of mosquitoes and rats grow alongside . The rats often cut the car electrical wiring & petrol pipes which poses a big problem to us. The MCD staff does not pay any attention even after informing them again & again. They dont even come to look after it & even if they come they demand 100-200 rupees for the job.There is no regular system for the garbage collection and its removal due to which there is a lot of smell of rotten material.Kindly check into the matter & rectify the problem at the earliest possble.

There are lots of malba always show on the streets and no one MCD Employer tried to remove it. If any MCD Senior officer is coming for the Visit then the malba is removed and tried to show that our area is very clean and everyday MCD Employers is removed the garbage malba. But the reality is that not only one MCD Employers tried to clean our area. Due the Garbage malba there are not of bad smells and the reasons for the increase the Diseases too. So, I’m requesting u to please take some immediately action as the earliest.

This is to share that i am the resident of Satya Niketan, Moti Bagh N.D-21. Next to myt houst there was a public tolite which is closed from near about 13years and no daily basis the person who are hired by the MCD for cleaning they used to dump the garbage in that tolite. due to which lot of mosquitoes and rats grow alongside.
Also at the other part the service lane of the colony is not been repaired from last two months as it has been broken for some wire work.

And this is the rainy season and the drain holes are choked which causes the water collection on the roof of this choupal. The bad smell is coming out from this garbage. Compalint against encoachment, unauthorized construction, sewerage and water pipe line on property no.-2990, Gali Chakki Wali, Mori Gate, Delhi-6.
Sir
It is to bring to your kind information that I am Mohan Lal; owner of property No.-2990, Gali Chakki Wali, Mori Gate, Delhi-6. My neighbors Laxmi Narayan, Jeevan Dass and Bhagwan Dass has converted temporary tin shed to pucca floor violating all the rules. After that he has constructed roof and walls on that. In this process he has blocked our window and covered a floor in front of our premises. Further he is in the process of building second floor on this unauthorized structure. Due to this, our ventilation and natural light has blocked.
We had requested Laxmi Narayan, Jeevan Dass and Bhagwan Dass to bring back the position of above mentioned structure in original state but they refused for same. Also they harassed and threatened us.
After this we lodged a telephonic complaint to police (at 100) on 11 am on 4/7/2011.
Police has visited the venue but no action has been taken and we haven’t received the copy of FIR also.
In view of above circumstances it is humbly requested to look into the matter sympathetically and take appropriate proceeding as per law. Please demolish the unauthorized construction and protect the life of me and my family members.

My neighbor shopkeeper mr. manish maheshwary has covered temporary shed to road & covering the road by approx 4 feet by his counter, chairs stools etc. violating all the rules. In this process he has blocked one forth aria of road which is very panic to all residents of khazoori khas. sir / madam i m working for Human Rights for people. Due to this, our main market road has blocked .
We had requested to mr TILLU OWNER OF THE PROPERTY, to this matter many times but they refused for same. Also manish maheshwary (shopkeeper) harassed and threatened us.
In view of above circumstances it is humbly requested to look into the matter sympathetically and take appropriate proceeding as per law. Please demolish the unauthorized road covering and make justice as rules applicable in the intrest of the peoples of khajoori .

Improper Condition of Street

This is hereby inform you that the people of street no. 24 Tughlakabad Extn. are facing problem about the improper conditioning of street. The street has not been repaired for seven years and the condition of street has been so damaged that it's hard for people to drive their two wheelers. The water gets contaminated by a small shower of rain and now the monsoons are heading up day by day. The people find it very difficult to walk on the street due to this contamination of water.The condition is getting worse by the day. Nobody is doing anything about this concern as the condition of street is very intense now
We have lodged many complaints about this problem but nobody seems to realize their jobs in MCD. They only give excuses every time and no solution.
We are surprised that being a resident of Delhi, we have to face such problems which dont even occur in villages nowadays.
The Governing Authorities should understand that its high time and they must take some necessary action.

greetings of the day as just want to ask the govt that what is mcd doing as i am a resident of mahavir enclave d block main palam dabri road 11oo45 and i am living here since birth naw 33 years old from last 4 years this place is turned up tobe a concreate jungle all the houses have become 5 storey bulding as the no basic eminities as clean drinking water from djb no sewer no prpper roads but still the builders are cotinuiesly bulding big buildings as without any building plan or any thing we are not allowed to dig a borewell thats what the police says to preserve the ground water so haw come the builders are building such big appartments and haw the police and mcd is keeping a blind eye on these builder lobby digging borewells closing the roads chooking the existing old drains which were laid out bye the old residents 15years ago bye common pulling of money no mcd has built those drains or sewers . please the senior officials come and check this place there is not a drop of water in taps of common man except bore wells so eather the govt should allow to dig so the police dosent ask such a exorbitant bribe so atleast a common man can live his life . there illegal construction every were here atleast stop it whoare undr construction so the exixting one can survive living there .please whomsoever it may concern keep an eye on police as well mcd as they are the most courrept dept in delhi at the moment

Illegal, unauthorised construction is going on in old refugee flats constructed at the time of partition of the country about 63 years ago in premises no. I-314 first floor, karampura, moti nagar, delhi-110015, in violation of building code & building byelaws, without obtaining sanctioned building plans, making the entire block of flats structurally unsafe and causing risk to life and property of occupiers of adjoining properties.
- Request for immediately sealing the premises and taking other urgent preventive action to prevent incidents like lalita park ( in shahdara zone) and chandra vihar (in najafgarh zone)

THIS IS TO INFOR THE MCD COMMISSIONAR THAT THERE ARE SEVERAL ILLEGAL BUILDINGS BEING NUILT IN PARYAVARAN COMPLEX, IGNOU ROAD, ITS NOT FUNNY. WE HAVE COMPLAINED TO GREEN PARK MCD OFF BUT THEY HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY NOTICE. ANY ONE CANSEE HOW MANY CONSTRUCTION ARE GOING ON IN A BLOCK, C BLOCK. 1 SUCH CONSTRUCTION IS BEING DONE BY SETH BUILDERS RIGHT AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE COLONY- A 4 STORY BUILDING HAS COME UP. POLICE MCD ALL HAVE TAKEN LOTS OF MONETY AND ARE SLEEPING. WHEN THE TIME COMES MCD WILL DEMOLISH THIS BUILDING BUT BY THEN SOME INNOCENT PERSON WOULD HAVE GOT CONNED.

Sub: - Complain Of unauthorized Dangerous Construction in Mohan Garden.
Dear Sir
I wish to draw your attention about a builder Mr. Anil Mehta who is constructing a dangerous 5 storey building in unauthorized colony (Area is about 203 yard) and location is plot no 25, near Sunday market, sector -3, Sainik enclave, Mohan garden. Delhi – 110059 (Area is Civil Line Zone). The weak building structure can be shaken even by the light tremors of earthquakes causing deaths of hundreds of people. This colony is not passed. This is an unauthorized colony, and has gotten the certificate of NOC only (No Objection Certificate of Delhi). As per Delhi Govt. rules no one can make more than 3 floors in such type of colonies. And before that He/She has to taken a permission of MCD Delhi, and need to pass a property construction map, but he is a builder and I think no rules for him. MCD & Police come here but instead of stopping this unauthorized construction, they bargain for the money they then get to ignore the reality. He has spread his cash in all Departments like MCD, POLICE (Beat constable had taken Rs.25000.per storey) etc. And local people cannot fight with him because he is a strong person. Local authority police and some local areas officers additionally included in it. You are requested to please take a necessary action and demolish the unauthorized/illegal construction without any further delay. For safety reasons I am not disclosing my identity to you.

Sub.: Complaint regarding un-authorised construction at A-97, Parvyavaran Complex, Saidulaajaib, (South Delhi).
Sir,
Most humbly stated that I have made complaints to the concerned authorities in the MCD from time to time in writing and even on phone at earlier times that un-authorised constructions have been going on in the A-97, Parvyavaran Complex, Saidulaajaib, South Delhi but no visible action taken by the MCD except some cosmetic demolitions. But, the occupant of the building in connivance with the builder and MCD officials, have started again un-authorised constructions. The same is going on daily even at odd hours and there is a green curtain raised to hide the on-going illegal work of constructions.
There have been orders o f the Hon’ble LG that if no action is taken by the MCD in such matters, will not only attract penalties on the officials and the officers but they shall be personally responsible for the same.
Kindly pass necessary orders against the un-authorised constructions but also take action against the officials who are responsible in the above matter for allowing the illegal work.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your notice that my neighbor’s constructing/have constructed building on plot No.UC-7 in Usha Park, Jail Road which is an unauthorized and non-regularized colony.
That they had already constructed 4+ storey of structure of building.
That because of the weak building structure of this building, it has pressurized all wall of my house No. UC-6B Usha Park, and as result thereof the thrust, each and every wall of my house has badly damaged and developed cracks in the walls and roof of our house which are beyond repair. This impact is continuous and more cracks are developing. As my building structure is two storey structure and walls of both floors has badly damaged and developed cracks beyond repairable it is highly risky to live in such damaged structures and adjacent to the newly constructed weak 4+ storey structure.
Please note that Delhi is prone and hazard to earthquake and fall in seismic zones 4 this zone is called the High Damage Risk Zone.
It may also be noted that in a recent incident a 4+storey newly and under construction structure collapsed at Nihal Vihar area of New Delhi on May 17, 2011. In November last year, five-storey apartment flattened in east Delhi’s Laxmi Nagar AND MANY more such incidents have happened in Delhi/New Delhi.
Thus by taking note of the past incidents and looking into the condition of the building structure of UC-7, Usha Park and by taking remedial and timely measures, we can avoid one more such incident to happen again.
This building was hammered by authorities and a big part of broken RCC structure is still hanging unattended about 40ft above ground which is highly risky for all surrounding neighbors. That while part demolishing was carried on by the municipal authorities, the vibration of hammer on this weak structure further caused damages and developed more cracks as said in all walls and roof of my house.
Further, looking into the circumstances as explained above; kindly give me a permission to rebuild my structure as it is beyond repair.
That I am informing you that in case of any eventuality or any damage caused to our lives and property or if any damage is caused to that house No.UC-7 in future when I rebuild my house, the same will be at their own risk and responsibility. I hope that on receipt of this letter, you will take necessary action immediately.
