My name is Bruce Logan. I'm upset with your company because I ordered your product at an advertised price of $29.95. My visa debit card was charged to the amount of $149.95. I didn't authorize this charge. The package was to be delivered by USPS. I missed the first attempted delivery. I rescheduled delivery, stayed at home all day and no delivery. I rescheduled delivery and again, stayed at home all day, but to no avail. I've called on several occasions requesting my money be refunded. I've been told that the refund was being processed each time. I've even submitted a refund request in writing; I was told that it would take 3 to 5 business days. I've not yet received my refund. I'm demanding that your company refund my money by the end of this week, or I will have no other choice but to seek legal action, including, but not limited to reporting it to the Better Business Bureau, YELP, The Department of Consumer Affairs, etc.
It's obvious your company is not as reputable as I thought. I just want my money back, , NOW!!
In addition, I've had to cancel my card and another was issued. The card number charged was, #4250322034674959. The date of that transaction was May, 31, 2015.
