Contacted NEWEGG received RMA 1 FEB 2015 RMA Number: [protected]
Placed into mail 2 FEB 2015 headlights returned to address provided by RMA

2 FEB 2015 told seller denied RMA no SERIAL NUMBER

Missing Serial Number "
Three (3) problems
1) Anyone ever seen a serial number on a headlight?
2) How did the seller receive the headlights on the same day I return shipped?
3) headlights are NOT Department Of Transportation (DOT) approved this is what makes them NOT 100% replacement and this is why I ask for and received the RMA!
IT WENT DOWN HILL FAST from this point on.
Let me see IF i can list ALL the correspondence / tracking numbers that have been used by so many without any acceptable solution being offered by the seller KALAWA or NEWEGG (if it is not DOT approved is is not acceptable) So REFUND my money!
