BEWARE of this bazaar woman. Julie Kunce Field has no business sitting on the bench. This evil woman is taking children from their parents just because an atty rages against the other party! She is destroying familial bonds. She is taking children away from their parent when no evidence of real danger is submitted. This woman is naïve and gullible and easily swayed by lunatic attorneys who are manipulating her.
There is a petition to remove this woman from office. She is a public enemy and has hurt many and irreparably destroyed many families. Julie Kunce Field has angered a lot of people and continues to destroy lives.

The hereby undersigned demand that Judge Julie Field be removed from her position as District Court judge of the 8thJudicial District in the State of Colorado. Judge Field has demonstrated a lack of judiciary character and has not upheld the canons of judicial conduct. We respectfully direct our grievances to the Colorado Legislature (Governor), the only organism to carry out such a procedure. We wish to let it be known that Judge Julie Kunce Field:
A. Violates Colorado judiciary conduct by allowing bias andprejudiceto influence her decisions in the courtroom.
B. Carries out proceedings and reaches verdicts without admitting important evidence that may influence her decisions in the courtroom.
C. Does not uphold the well being of the family as a priority and abuses her power by stripping parents from seeing their children causing great grievance and suffering.
D. Is not competent in her functions. The judge does not operate in an impartial manner to the detriment of children and families who suffer the consequences of her actions.
E. Allows specific political interests to inform her judicial actions.
This petition is presented by the citizens of Colorado who have witnessed the egregious and non-judicial conduct of Judge Julie Kunce Field in regards to the case of Stacy (mother) and Jaden (son) Lynne, FortCollinsColorado.
1. The judge refused to hear the testimony of Stacy Lynne's witnesses
2. Gave full custody to a father whohad notbeen part of the child's life.
3. Absent parent did not present any evidence that would support the removal of Stacy's son from her care.
4. Judge ruled that Stacy pay $14, 000.00 within 30 days or be jailed.
It is important to note that this is not an isolated case, but rather a consistent pattern of abuse of power that is prevalent throughout Colorado's judicial, criminal and legal systems. However, Stacy Lynne was specifically targeted and then punished because she was addressing political issues that were contrary to the special interests which control the City of Fort Collins, Colorado.
We, the citizens of Colorado, requestthat the Governor of Colorado perform a great moral service to the State of Colorado by removing and banning Julie Kunce Field from her position as a Judge in the 8th Judicial District.

Judge Field is not only a fraud in family law but she had someone extradited without a warrant and charged with violation of bail bond conditions without a bond. She amended her oath of office removing the witness clause, "swear by the ever-living God", and when she was caught removed herself from the case. She has no valid oath pursuant to Colorado's constitution, article XII, secs. 8-10. Further, she allowed Gordon Patrick McLaughlin (now the 8th Judicial District D.A.) prosecute cases without a valid oath as well. Then, put Stephen John Jouard on the bench without any oath at all. Jouard is a partner in a firm in Fort Collins and a fraud as well. None of the judiciary in Colorado have valid oaths and are participating in racketeering. This is a direct reflection of these actions. This corruption is throughout Colorado, including Governor Polis, AG Phil Weiser, Secretary of state, the Court of Appeals and Colorado Supreme Court. This is how a corrupt corporation operates...good luck in their venue.

This is outrageous! I cannot imagine a more heartbreaking thing to take a little child away from their Mother. Whoever helped manipulate the judge to commit this crime is probably a sociopath. This was likely a custody battle with a sociopathic ex. Judges don't usually see this clearly. Sociopaths present well. They twist the truth and lie well. They appear caring and genuinely concerned. The victims are often a wreck. They present poorly. Shame on this Judge. Often in these cases much more harm is done than just The child losing their Mother and Mother their child. Financial abuse, and continued legal abuse go hand in hand, amongst much else. The harm to the child is inconceivable. If this judge where to have taken this child to a back alley and beat, that would be less harm than to strip this child of their Mother and give to a remorseless psychopath. Beating a child would resort to years in prison. This crime is worthy of substantial financial compensation to the Mother and child, removal from the bench, and prison time. There is no amount of financial compensation that can give the lost time back or cover the effects from this malicious decision. Although this likely wasnt just the judges fault. Its irresponsible to not be trained well and make such a serious mistake. Nothing in the world can fix this. This sort of situation happens a lot more than most realize. The system needs a breaking down and restructuring. It needs good judges.
So not only does this judge give a small child over to an abuser but also gave the abuser access to the victims home.

This Judge is a hypocrite. She claims to understand DV, yet became irritated with a DV victim, not understanding the whole truth and wrecked her life as well as her young child's, in a moment of her own misunderstandings and bad decision making. Not only does she claim to be knowledgeable about DV but gave an abuser full custody with no custody at all to the Mother. Now this child has incurred severe emotional damage, trauma, and likely been physically assaulted as well. It has been near two years since this happened. This is incomprehensible. Additionally she was manipulated by the abuser to give him access of the victims home which is outrageous. There was absolutely nothing that warranted this severed custody arrangement whatsoever. It is not appropriate to give a violent abuser 50% custody little own full. This judge has caused unnecessary catastrophic damage to small innocent children many times. We now have a small child who is not only been without his Mother but has been led to believe that she abandoned him which is a very sick form of brainwashing and manipulation. This child will be wrecked for life and it all could have been easily prevented. If the judge took this child out to an alley and beat him that would have been significantly less trauma then what he's endured this last two years.
Demand that this judge or any judge:

2. produce your charter
3. produce proof you are an article III judge

Interesting to come across this...I hope the author autocorrects and fixes some of the semantics to make it more clear and powerful.
Personally, I do know a Mother and her young son, who is an extremely good Mother. She is nurturing, understands his needs well and met them despite a lot of difficult circumstance mostly imposed by her abusive wealthy ex.
She tried her best to clarify the aggression and allegations against st her but being in trauma, terrified of court and representing herself could not clarify the truth or speak of the serious endangerment her ex poses to their child. She was left overwhelmed and on the defense.
The judge was rude, disrespectful, did not give her a right to a fair trial, rejected witnesses, not sympathetic or understanding to how difficult it is to be pro se, not knowledgeable or understanding of effects of abuse victims.
This judge bought into exagerations and allegations from the opposing party. Her level of discernment is of such low capacity she is not fit to be in a position of power.
Although this judge does not know the extent of abuse or level of harm and safety risk to this child with this abuser, she did know he was abusive and therefore should have known better than to give an abuser who has physically damaged this child on more than one occasion, to the abuser
Furthermore, the judge abused this abuse victim herself, by abusing her power taking thus child with no reason to take him at all...
This Mother has been in the same home for more than a year, despite being blocked out of homes and serious health issues making housing near impossible. Just 5 days before an aggressive hearing this Mother found dead out she wouldn't be given a home, in which she had been waiting for that ruling. This Mother endured 14 years of abuse and isolation, then was compassionate pleyely demolished in an unecessarily aggressive court battle. Where the ex repeatedly bashed her and sabatoged her, from blocking her out of homes when she is vulnerable to her environment, using that to very matter against her, rather than helping as he is in position to do so...or at least remain neutral.
Despite significant trauma, health issues, trying to fend against her ex, which she loved and forgave, even after serious abuse and injury, then to be depleted and compromised physically as well, she still has taken better care of thattitle boy than her ex, who had not been compromised.
The ex kept them put of homes the previous Winter, moving in amother women and her child instead.
This Mother has been rickrolled and tormented in a myraid of ways.
Then was abused by the judge. The judge is in violation of themotional constitution.
This Mother camped with her son over the Summer, in which this child absolutely thrived in that environment! The camping was only for the Summer, as the Mother made clear in court.
This child was taken 100 percent because the judge didn't like the home this Mother rents. It's a custom built home, away from pollution, significantly more nourishing than the average single Mom apartment or living arrangement.
The judge forgot this Mother only found out days before this unecessary custody hraring, that she was to have neither home in the property settlement.
The judge also stated she didn't understand the Mothers allergies and environmental sensitivitirs, yet rejected ting medical records.
It doesn't matter that the judge does not understand this Mothers health issues or housing challenges or daily expenses.
The Mother proved legitimate housing. Not to mention this child's well-being being. The Mother brought in multiple witnesses to testify to this childsign well being and clarification of the father's outrageous accusations of child being dirty camping.
The judge rejected all the witnesses who could have clarified not only how well this child is functioning within his Mothers care but reiterate despite challenges, this Mother would never compromise this child.
This child is traumatized and has not seen his Mother for 8 months now I believe? Maybe 9?
This Father has suffocated his son. Twisted his leg till he thought it was broken. The new girlfriend is unhealthy and their appears to be an issue with drinking, Casodex from abuse and severed unfounded parent alienation.
Judges are human. They are bound to make mistakes. But to abuse power and unecessarily take a small child from his Mother? AND give him to an abuser who has physically hurt this child? On more than one occassion?
Perhaps this judge thought this Mother would find a different place, not understanding the housing crisis and health limitations. Perhaps the judge forgot this Mother just got slammed with horrible permanent orders essentially taking everything from her, in using the gones, in which she was waiting for the settlement information to move forward. How many divorced couples are in a non permanent living situation until they recieved orders? Basically all. So why did this get used against her? Why isn't the focus on.the ex taking everything from her including the homes? Why does the living situation matter when the Mother has always had adequate housing for the child? As long as the child's needs are met, it doesn't matter if the judge doesn't understand renting a room in a custom built home, or longer term camping.
This judge is an abuser, abusing her power, refusing a right to a fair trial, and giving an abuser sole custody.
This same judge claims to know more and understand domestic violence, yet abused an abuse victim...

This judge is completely unjust. I've seen her take away children from their parents for no good reason.
DISTURBING: Julie Kunce Field recently cut off ALL time between a mother and her young son for no good reason at all. Field said the living conditions weren't good enough. That was nonsense. I personally saw this very mother and her son throughout the previous months and the boy was very happy with his mother and clean and polite, etc. This is very, very disturbing. Julie Kunce Field is now a public enemy and should be considered very dangerous.
This woman is a fraud. She's not fit to be making decisions for the lives of others and is going to be increasingly exposed for her evil works. Julie has hurt a lot of people and her darkness is going to be brought to the light!
