BEWARE FROM J&P MOVERS, BIG CHEATERS
I had very bad experience with J&P movers - Brampton([protected]), they write guaranteed low rates and no surprises, yes they give low rate when comes to give you a quote but asked for extra money before unloading the stuff and dump the stuff and ran away if you pay them. The movers loaded my belongings onto the truck within 3 hours but after reaching the new residence, they said that they would need me to pay a deposit amount of $600 which is far more than they quoted my ($45 per hour and 3 hours of loading + 3 hours of unloading and 1 hour for commuting) total of $315. I said that I would pay him upon completion of the work based on the actual hours. At this point they became very aggressive with me, claiming that this is a standard practice in the industry and he will return the extra money if there is any after completing the job, and that he would not be responsible for any damage that occurred to my belongings. Once I paid them the deposit they just dump the stuff from the truck on my driveway and ran away with $ 600.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

People read that and now its time to shut this losers down cause police says the fine print document does not matter anymore I have already been to the police and told them my story and showed them documents of their invoice which they ripped me off with. Its time justice be served!
We had exactly the same experience, verbal quote over the phone staight forawrd $45 / hr plus one hr to get to our place, i expalined the paln to the pertson over the phone saying how many stops and so on, i estimated $ 300 maximum. They showed up asked for $ 500 deposite, we paid $ 400, got us to sign on a piece of paper that has not got their address and that has all sorts of terms. We were stuck as we had to move out of an appartment at the end of the month and had elevator reserved. At the end of the tour they refused to unload unless we paid $ 905, once we did the unloaded but did not put the stuff in the right places. They were unprofessional all the awy thru. NEVER EVER USE THEM.
BY THE WAY DOES ANY ONE HAS THEIR ADDRESS? I NEED IT TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB
THIS MOVING COMPANY IS THE BIGFGEST RIPP OFF.
I m the victum of J&P movers too. I was moving to Brampton.
Hey, they did the same thing with me last month. Tjey are bunch of crooks.

Tasheen Pickett, picked our furniture from our house, stating he works for JandP Moving Inc based of South Caroline. He is a scam artist and a list. His ### company doesn't exist! He uses rented trucks and transports your furniture illegally! His receipt and documents he have us were fake. He stole them from company called USA MOVING EXPRESS.
THIS GUY TASHEEN PICKETT IS DANGEROUS. PLEASE GOOGLE HIS NAME AND YOU WILL SEE HOW MANY FELONIES HE HAS HAD.
HE TOOK OUR FURNITURE BACK IN NOVEMBER 2013 AND WE STILL HAVENT SEEN IT. HE SAYS IS MOST LIKELY GONE. HE TRIED TO BLAME IT ON ANOTHER COMPANY WITH FAKE CONTRACT PAPERS.
PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE FILE A POLICE REPORT. THIS GUY DESERVES TO BE IN JAIL FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE.
Please do not use this company! If you come across JandPmoving or Tasheen Pickett aka.Tyler go the other way. They are full of lies and deceit. They will trick you with contacts and fast talk and the next thing you know you are paying more than what you were orginally quoted, but by this time they have loaded your things and your stuck. I went from paying $1700 on the original quote to almost $3000. When I finally received my items several of the electronics were missing. I haven't received my 55 inch flat screen and surround sound yet . Tasheen no longer answers my calls ... Buyer Beware!
I agree Tasheen is a very rude, dishonest, and horrible person. I strongly suggest that you check his background before doing business with him, he is not a man of his word! PLEASE BE CAREFUL...
i am disagree because they moved me in january 2010 .they charged me really reasonable price and no hidden cost at all so i would really prefer them to other my friends . they are good no doubt
