JMBullion Professional dependable seller

I bought silver bullion from JM bullion back in August of 2020 from my home near San Francisco, CA. My order was exactly correct and shipped/delivered fast - in 2 or 3 days. I just ordered again from a tiny town in Texas 100 miles east of El Paso - and again my order was correct and again my silver bullion was delivered fast - in 3 days. Price was also fair & straightforward, I doubt if any other reputable dealer can do better. I'll continue to stick with them, I could not be more pleased.

JMBullion The place I buy precious metals

I just want to give credit where credit is due. I've purchased various items from JM Bullion over the last few years and have received impeccable products and service. When I began buying metals online, I did a little research and was a bit overwhelmed by the options, but decided to try JM Bullion and have not been disappointed. To be fair, I've never bought metals from any other distributor, so I'm unable to make any comparative comments. However at this point, I don't intend to purchase anywhere else.

JMBullion Excellent experience

I'd been looking at JM Bullion for several weeks considering a Silver American Eagle purchase. Their pricing seemed more than competitive and their promises of process and delivery seemed as good or better than others. So I gave them a shot just before Christmas hoping to have my silver in hand by the fateful day as I'd planned to give American Eagles for Christmas presents. From start to finish it was an excellent experience considering pricing, shipping, and upgraded delivery in 3 days. I couldn't be more pleased

JMBullion Happy New Customer

I just received my 3rd order (within about 2 months) The only previous experience that I have in buying silver is from the local coin shop. After finding JM Bullion online, I spent the weekend looking for a better deal but I found nothing any better so I placed my order. I have received all three of my orders faster than promised and in perfect shape. Very happy with product and process. I haven't personally spoken to anyone at the company but don't foresee any problems if I did need to make an inquiry. Thanks JM Bullion!

JMBullion JM Bullion's Marketing Ploy Cheated Me: Review of My Experience Purchasing a 1924 P Morgan Dollar

As an avid collector of Morgan Silver Dollars, my quest to add a 1924 P to my collection led me to the renowned online coin dealer, JM Bullion. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a promotional email from them, highlighting their impressive collection of Morgan Dollars for sale. Without wasting any time, I visited their website and clicked on the link for [protected] Morgans.

Upon landing on the page, I was greeted with a wide selection of coins from that period. After carefully scrutinizing all of them, I made my choice and completed the purchase. I eagerly awaited the arrival of my prized possession, but to my dismay, when the package finally arrived a week later, I found a 1922 Morgan Dollar instead!

Naturally, I was disappointed and couldn't understand how JM Bullion could have made such a mistake. Upon scrutinizing my receipt in more detail, I realized that it stated [protected] Morgan Silver Dollar, which happened to be the link name that took me to that specific page. I was perplexed and frustrated at the same time. When I spoke to their representative, he told me that I had "bought a coin in that group." That was all the explanation he gave me.

As an experienced collector, I knew that this was unacceptable. Why would they lay out a page with specific coins within that group and a specific link to add that coin to the cart if they were not going to honor my choice? The whole experience felt like a marketing ploy and left me feeling cheated.

Now, I have to go through the hassle of selling this coin on eBay and will probably take a hit because there is no return based on JM Bullion's marketing strategy. Overall, the experience with JM Bullion was far from satisfactory, and I would be hesitant to recommend them to other collectors.

JMBullion My Disappointing Experience with JMBullion: Lost Money and Unhelpful Customer Service

I recently had a disappointing experience with JMBullion and felt the need to share my thoughts. I regret to say that I lost my money when I ordered a gold bar that was sent via USPS and unfortunately stolen. When I contacted JMBullion for their help, I was met with disappointment when I was informed that they would not be able to do anything as per their policy. I found their policy to be rather inconvenient and honestly, quite unhelpful. I certainly did not expect such a poor response from a company that I trusted would have better customer service.

Their reply went something like this: "The investigation has concluded. As verified by a review of the GPS data attached to your delivery scan, your package was successfully delivered on January 11, 2021, to the address you provided us. Please refer back to the Terms & Conditions agreed upon at checkout, "JM Bullion will not be responsible for reimbursements or insurance claims on packages that are successfully delivered as addressed. Our liability and insurance cease the moment the package is signed for or left at the specified delivery address."

I was shocked to receive such a response and did not appreciate their lack of accountability. The reported loss was certainly outside of their coverage, however, I would have expected a better response with more empathy. Especially considering that I am a loyal customer who has purchased items from them before.

If you find yourself in this kind of situation, be warned that JMBullion is not responsible and will not help you with any losses outside of delivery. If you believe there was mail theft involved, then you would have to reach out to your local police department and the post inspector. It is a shame that their customer service left a lot to be desired, and this experience has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.

JMBullion Disappointed with JM Bullion's Guarantee: Hindrance, not Help

As an avid collector and investor in bullion, I was excited to come across the website JMBullion.com. My first three orders with them went off without a hitch, with the items arriving in a timely and well-packaged manner. However, my fourth order didn't seem to make it to me, despite the fact that it was supposed to be insured. When I looked into filing a claim, I was disappointed to find that the process was rather onerous, requiring a police report, a postal inspector report, and a self-declaration of loss. With the current pandemic causing a host of issues with both the police and postal services, these obstacles seemed insurmountable.

To make matters worse, I suspect that my package may have been stolen from my mailbox, as I have had issues with my postman in the past leaving valuable items there. Even when I requested signature delivery, my postman simply signed for the package themselves, likely due to concerns around contact during the pandemic. When I reached out to JM Bullion for assistance, I was made to feel like my concerns weren't being taken seriously, and that they weren't willing to go the extra mile to help me resolve the issue.

The biggest disappointment, however, was the fact that their "guarantee" of insured delivery ended up being more of a hindrance than a help. Rather than relying on the postal service's own insurance policies, JM Bullion seemed to have their own separate insurance policy that made it unlikely that I would be compensated in any meaningful way for my loss. Ultimately, I felt that the guarantee was more of a marketing tactic than an actual assurance of quality.

While I appreciate the convenience of ordering bullion items online, and I'm sure that many others have had positive experiences with JM Bullion, I can't help but feel frustrated and let down by my experience. If you're considering making a purchase from this website, be aware that the guarantee may not be as straightforward as it seems, and that issues with uninsured or undelivered packages may be difficult to resolve.

JMBullion Concerns about JMBullion's State Sales Tax Handling: A Customer's Honest Review

I recently purchased from JMBullion and overall, my experience was satisfactory. However, I do have a concern regarding the state sales tax that was charged. As far as I understand, JMBullion charges a state sales tax, but I am left wondering how the company handles this tax collection. What would happen if the state does not collect the tax? Would JMBullion pocket the extra money for themselves?

I am all in favor of businesses following the law and paying their fair share of taxes. I do have to question the transparency in regards to how the state sales tax is being collected and distributed. As per my previous dealings with other companies, they did not charge state sales tax in the same manner as JMBullion, and so I am confused about why this charge is necessary.

My concern is with regards to the amount of money that is being charged for state income tax, which would amount to $300 to $350. Would this amount be paid by the company to the state, or would they pocket it themselves? As a consumer, I feel that this is something that should be made clear by the company.

I am not rich, and this purchase was made for my child. I am not interested in buying luxurious things, but I do not want to be taken for a ride either. I feel that transparency is the key, and as a company, it should be made clear how the state sales tax is being handled. If JMBullion can provide detailed information about how the state collects taxes on their behalf, I would be willing to do business with them again.

JMBullion Price Gouging in the Precious Metals Industry: My Experience with JMBullion

Recently, I was searching for some silver bars to add to my collection, and I decided to check out JMBullion, given the low spot price of silver due to the pandemic. However, to my surprise, I found that the prices listed on their website far exceeded the spot price quoted on the stock market. When I approached the customer service team, they explained that the demand for silver is currently high while the supply remains low. While I understand that businesses can and need to make a profit, it seemed excessive to charge such high prices during these uncertain times.

The situation made me wonder if the silver as a commodity had contracted the COVID-19 disease and if the metal is being sourced from China! As a consumer, I do not want to be exploited with high profit margins that can be a result of price gouging. For example, if one roll of toilet paper typically sells for $0.50 and someone tries to sell it for $5.00, that practice is known as price gouging, and it is illegal. Why should precious metals be any different?

In my research, I found that other precious metal suppliers also had their prices marked up, indicating that this could be an industry-wide strategy. It doesn't sit well with me, and I believe that such practices discourage individuals from continuing to invest in precious metals as a viable source of profit.

Investors will not see any real returns at current prices unless an unprecedented financial crisis strikes. But what does that say about us as a society that we need a disaster to make a profit! Therefore, in conclusion, I have decided not to purchase precious metals from JMBullion at this time with current prices in effect. The key objective is to earn a profit, but I do not see that happening with their current asking prices.

JMBullion Disappointed with JM Bullion: A Cautionary Tale for Potential Buyers

Recently, I had the opportunity to purchase gold and silver bars from the renowned platform JM Bullion. I was thrilled to get my hands on precious metals and promptly made two separate orders worth $1800 and $50 for one gold and two silver bars, respectively, using my platinum AMEX card. However, after receiving the confirmation number, I received an email the next day stating that my first order was canceled due to payment verification issues. To add to the confusion, my second order had been processed without any issues.

Naturally, I contacted JM Bullion's customer support to understand why there was a discrepancy between the two orders. The response I received was quite surprising. They claimed that since I was a new customer, they did not trust me to make such a significant purchase using my credit card. They even suggested that I buy the bars with a wire transfer! This was quite appalling since there was no mention of this policy on their website.

What further irked me was that they had increased the price of the bars I wanted to purchase, so when I decided to buy them through a wire transfer, I found that the cost had gone up. I felt like I was being subjected to a scam. After this incident, I decided to cancel my second order and swore that I would never buy from this platform again. I even warned my family and friends against doing so.

Luckily, I found the U.S Gold Bureau, and I must say that my experience with them was exceptional. I purchased the same bars using my credit card, and the transaction went smoothly without any issues.

All in all, my experience with JM Bullion was far from satisfactory, and I would give them a one-star rating without hesitation. I would advise potential buyers to be cautious when making purchases on this platform and consider alternatives like U.S Gold Bureau.

JMBullion JM Bullion: A Review of a Past Customer's Disappointing and Expensive Experience

JM Bullion has been unfortunately listed as rip-offs and thieves by a past customer who reportedly had a horrible experience. This customer claimed that they were informed by JM Bullion that their package, containing over $3,000 worth of silver, was fully insured during transit, but it never arrived. When it came time for JM Bullion to cover the cost of the package as they had promised, they refused to do so. As a result, the customer was left without their package and out of a considerable amount of money, which understandably infuriated them. They went on to criticise the company's management, claiming the manager, Sib J, cares nothing for customers and refused to issue a refund.

It was also alleged that JM Bullion did not insure the package through USPS as they had disingenuously claimed, but through their own private insurance company. When the time came to file a claim with this private insurance company, they refused, much to the customer's dismay. The customer accuses JM Bullion of making it easy for criminals to steal the package and exploit the lack of investigation that the USPS conducted, as the postal service was not responsible for insuring it.

Despite the customer spending thousands of dollars with the company, they were treated in a manner considered greedy and callous after being robbed of their precious silver. The customer went on to make the point that JM Bullion earns millions of dollars a year - more than enough to insure packages shipped via carrier and still make a profit. It was even suggested that JM Bullion could have insured the package themselves at an affordable rate, which would have ensured ongoing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This reviewer has advised others not to purchase from JM Bullion, citing plenty of reputable alternatives such as APMEX, Money Metals and SD Bullion, which he or she felt were more trustworthy. In conclusion, it's strongly recommended that would-be customers research JM Bullion carefully before committing to a purchase.

JMBullion Disappointing experience with JMBullion - Poor customer service and unreasonable policies. Shop elsewhere

I recently had a negative experience with JMBullion and wanted to share my thoughts so that others can make an informed decision before making a purchase. While I have purchased from them in the past and had no issues with delivery, my most recent experience has left me deeply disappointed.

On October 2nd, my package was not able to be delivered due to an issue with the address. As a result, I provided a clarified address to UPS, which they accepted. However, when I reached out to JMBullion to ask that they contact UPS to ensure that the package would be re-delivered, I was met with poor customer service. Initially, the representative lied and claimed that UPS does not redeliver, until I informed them that I had spoken with UPS and they had agreed to do so. Then, the representative insisted that their policy required the package to be shipped back to them with a new label, which I found to be an unreasonable inconvenience, especially since I was leaving on vacation soon.

When I expressed my frustration and explained that I would order from somewhere else, the representative threatened me with a cancellation charge. I was shocked and disappointed by their response and the lack of empathy they showed for their mistake. I even took it upon myself to email the CEO of the company to share my experience, and he responded right away with an apology and promised to look into the issue. However, it has now been a week and I have not received my order, a refund or another response from the company.

Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from JMBullion to think twice before doing so. While they may have provided satisfactory experiences in the past, my most recent experience has left me feeling frustrated and upset, and my money seems to have been lost in the process. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

JMBullion Poor customer service from the top down

DONT buy from this company unless you wish to risk losing your money. I purchased a few times in the past -never had an issue with delivery.

This last time (Oct 2nd) UPS said they could not find the address. So I gave UPS a clarified address (note not a new address but where we live it could be a range of numbers and maybe if a delivery person is new -difficult to find)

Again note the previous deliveries were no problem... UPS was fine taking the update but said the company needed to call them to ask for re delivery

I called JMB and asked they call UPS

First they lied and said UPS does not redeliver. When I told customer Service that I had already called UPS and that they agreed to be delivered the package then she changed the story.

Then the JM the customer service person told me that it was their policy that the package needed to come back to them has a new label printed and then we delivered

I asked why should I have to be inconvenienced when I am leaving on vacation to have someone come pick up my mail have to pay that person etc. for one package

They insisted this was their policy So I said if you have the package shipped back to you just keep it and I will order from somewhere else at which point the customer service person threatened me with a cancellation charge for the order

I explained that I am canceling the order Jade and B is refusing to deliver my order for me and as promised on their website

I googled the name of the CEO and sent him an email and explain to him the route customer service that I received as well as the fact that the customer service person hung up on me

This was on October 19 He replied back immediately via email and said that he was sorry for the poor customer service and was get to the bottom of this right away
A week later I still do not have my border my refund or a response from the CEO of JMB or anyone in his customer service department

My money is just lost in the abyss somewhere and I would highly recommend if you do not want to be like me to not buy from this company

JMBullion JM Bullion: Mixed Experience but Quality Products and Customer Service

but we decided to give JM Bullion another chance and we are glad we did. Our second order arrived much faster and the contents were in pristine condition. We ordered a variety of coins and bars, and each item was individually wrapped and packaged with care. We were happy to see that our order was not only accurate, but also exceeded our expectations in terms of quality.

The customer service team was much more responsive this time around. They answered all of our questions promptly and even offered suggestions for future investments. We appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Overall, we have had a mixed experience with JM Bullion. While our first transaction left a lot to be desired, our second order was a complete success. We would recommend this company to others, but advise that they do their research on the specific product they are looking to purchase. The margin of error and imperfections may be acceptable for some, but others may want to look for a more precise product.

I recently placed two orders with JMBullion.com and unfortunately, my experience hasn't been very positive. In fact, I also placed an order for a 10oz bar with APMEX on the same day, just a few minutes apart, and received my order from them in just three days. In contrast, it took seven days for JMBullion.com to deliver my bar to me, despite using the same carrier as APMEX.

What's more, the tracking on my JMBullion.com package didn't seem to work very well. All it said was that my package was in transit to the next destination, which turned out to be Las Vegas - and it remained there for three whole days. In the end, I received my order from JMBullion.com, but I really wasn't satisfied with the delivery times or the tracking information.

Overall, I would say that if you're considering buying precious metals from an online dealer, you might want to look elsewhere before giving JMBullion.com your business. While I can't speak to the quality of their products, I can say that their delivery times and tracking information leave a lot to be desired. Investing in precious metals is an important decision, and you want to work with someone who will make the process as smooth and reliable as possible.

JMBullion JMBullion Review: Great Selection, but Lacking in Customer Service Responsiveness

Let's start by saying that JMBullion has a great variety of products on their website, which is well-organized and easy to navigate. However, today we need to talk about customer service.

Recently, I purchased a silver coin from JMBullion, and when it arrived, I was disappointed to find a large gash on its surface. Now, we all know that this type of thing can happen during shipping, but the box it came in was in perfect condition. Clearly, the item was shipped that way from their warehouse.

When I contacted customer service, they were helpful enough to send me a return label and instructions. However, I was taken aback to see that the instructions required me to purchase new, unused shipping materials in which to return the damaged merchandise. This meant extra expense and effort on my part, which felt unfair given that I was returning an item that should never have been shipped to me in that condition to begin with.

Overall, I believe JMBullion should take more responsibility for the quality of the products they ship out. If they're going to sell precious metals and other valuable items, they should take every precaution to ensure that these items arrive safely and undamaged. And if a mistake is made, they should make it right for the customer without expecting them to spend extra money to do so.

JMBullion Disappointing Purchase Experience with JMBullion.com: Inadequate Customer Service and Low Stock Availability

Upon navigating to jmbullion.com, I was excited to make a purchase and added the desired quantity to my cart. As I attempted to complete my purchase, a message appeared indicating that the item was low in stock and to call a designated number for assistance. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach a representative were unsuccessful, as the line was consistently busy and only had a prerecorded message. In a last ditch effort, I turned to the chat feature on the website, only to receive automated responses due to unavailability of a live representative.

Frustratingly, when I returned to my cart, I discovered that the item was no longer available, leaving me with an unfavorable experience and a sense of disappointment over how the situation was handled. It's disappointing that a business can run this way and treat their customers in such a manner, particularly when there are so many competitive options available for consideration.

While I cannot recommend this particular vendor based on my experience, I encourage potential customers to research and consider other reputable and reliable options when searching for precious metals.

While we would love to complete this installation as soon as possible, currently we are unable to do so due to outside factors. We are being affected by policies of The Home Depot and our manufacturer. That being said, here is a summary of where we are at currently:
A few days ago one of our project managers spoke to the customer. There was material on order from the cabinet manufacturer and it had been expected to ship out at some point around 4/27. We were working with the manufacturer to expedite the order and shipment as we were reliant on the arrival of the material before we could schedule the actual installation date. Unfortunately given current circumstances with COVID-19, Home Depot (and the vendor) has delayed shipping the product. We are in constant communication on the back-end trying to figure out when we will be able to continue as expected.

JMBullion Disappointing Experience with JM Bullion: PayPal Payment Cancelled with No Refund

I recently had an experience with JM Bullion and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I was excited to make a purchase of some gold bars for my children and decided to use pay pal, as I heard it was the fastest way to receive a cleared payment. I placed my order on a Monday and even opted for expedited shipping to receive my order as quickly as possible.

However, by Thursday, I received an unexpected email from JM Bullion stating that my order had been canceled due to an IRS review. This left me feeling disappointed and frustrated, but what added salt to the injury was the fact that I had not received a refund from pay pal. When I contacted pay pal about the matter, I was shocked to learn that the payment had already been completed. I had no idea why JM Bullion had canceled my order and why they were holding on to my money.

Even more disappointing was that when I called JM Bullion to inquire about the issue, I was told that it would take 3-5 business days for them to refund my money. I couldn't believe that I would have to wait almost a week and a half when it was not my decision to cancel the order. It felt like they were holding onto my money for their convenience, which was extremely frustrating.

Overall, my experience with JM Bullion was far from satisfactory. I was left feeling confused, disappointed, and frustrated, as I was unable to make my purchase, and then had to wait a week and a half for my money to be returned to me. I hope that in the future, JM Bullion can be clearer about their IRS reviews, and ensure that their customers are not inconvenienced in such a disappointing manner.

JMBullion Mixed Feelings: My Experience with jmbullion.com's Shipping Practices

My recent experience with jmbullion.com has left me with mixed feelings. While I was initially impressed with the promised speedy delivery of my package, unfortunately things didn't go quite as planned. I received a notice that my package had been mishandled and routed to Kentucky instead of Utah, causing a three-day delay. This left me feeling concerned about the handling of my package.

When my package finally arrived, I was surprised to find that it had been re-wrapped in an unusual manner, with layers of new tape that were not from UPS. As I opened the package, I found that it was tightly taped shut, with a note explaining that due to COVID precautions, the delivery person might ask me to sign for the package with their own pen at my front door.

While I appreciate the precautions being taken during these challenging times, I couldn't help but wonder why my package had been so strangely re-taped and sent to the wrong location before finally reaching me in Utah. JMBullion Disappointed with JM Bullion: Slow Response & Arduous Claims Process

As a recent customer of JM Bullion, I have to say I am disappointed with my experience. While I did receive one coin that I ordered, I also received a box that I did not and did not receive a coin that I did order. I promptly put in a claim regarding these issues, but I have not received any closure on the topic even after waiting for a week and seeing the price of silver skyrocket. While I understand that issues can arise during shipping, it is very frustrating to have to wait for so long and not receive any updates or support from the JM Bullion team.

One of the biggest issues that I faced in putting in a claim was the arduous process that I had to go through. I had to save every piece of packaging and send around 10 photos along with a copy of my invoice just so they would even consider looking at my claim. Even worse, this needed to be done within two days of delivery, which is a very short window of time to be able to inspect every detail of the shipment and prepare evidence for a claim.

Overall, I would not recommend JM Bullion's services as I found them to be slow to respond to issues and their claims department was impossible to talk to a person. I understand that they may have many customers, but it is not fair to leave their greeters to be abused by unhappy customers who just want to talk to someone who can help them. While I did appreciate receiving the coin that I did order, the overall experience was very frustrating and disappointing.

JMBullion JM Bullion Review: Poor Customer Service and Lack of Accountability

Recently, I made a purchase from JM Bullion, a popular online retailer of gold coins. Unfortunately, my experience with this company left much to be desired. When my package arrived, it contained only a box of wrapping material and a list of shipped items. Naturally, I was quite concerned and immediately filed a claim with JM Bullion, documenting my attempts to file a police report. Unfortunately, the local police refused to accept the report, which made the entire process even more frustrating.

Despite this setback, I remained determined to pursue my case. I decided to file a report with the Post Office instead, as their representative assured me that this would be acceptable. Thankfully, the Post Office acknowledged my complaint and ultimately paid the full amount of their limited liability ($100).

However, JM Bullion was not as cooperative in resolving my issue. In fact, their final email before closing my complaint stated that I must provide a police report, even though they had previously acknowledged the difficulty of obtaining one for a crime that took place out of the local jurisdiction.

Overall, I am thoroughly disappointed with the service I received from JM Bullion and believe that they are not an honorable company. Their refusal to take responsibility in this matter has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will not be doing business with them again in the future. If you are considering purchasing from JM Bullion, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for reliable service.
