JCapPoc.com product received was not as advertised

Order # 112063H100004267 Ordered 2 bracelets and 2 charms on Nov 14th from a site advertised as Pandora on the net. I received a snowflake charm rather than a Christmas tree. The second charm was a birthstone, it no way resembles that was advertised or shown. I believe the bracelets are not Pandora as they are not marked as such, chums are not removable and did not come in box as shown in advertisement. I saw the same bracelet at Walmart today for $7.95. 1. I did not receive any information that products I ordered were substituted. 2. These were Christmas presents ordered more than 3 weeks ago. I don't believe that there is time to return and get product in time. 3. Emails and package contains no information on contact for complaints I am attaching pictures of what I rec'd and a pic of the tree charm jcoppoc has now removed their ad so I can attach picture of expected birthstone charm

Yes, they are from China-reported them to Chase and online fraud - see below so called confirmation - they were on FACEBOOK to me Dear buyer, Thank you for your order, we have received your payment and has already confirmed! our logistics department will arrange delivery within 5-14 working days. I ordered stuff through the same link on Facebook and received everything I had ordered as advertised on the site obviously it's not authentic Pandora as it's is so cheap I guess the manufacturer is based in China and that is why it is sold at such discounted prices.

Hi Yes it appears I was also duped. I ordered from the a site with the usual Pandora heading off a advertisement on Facebook, black Friday deals. I received a email exactly the same as yours which I thought was suspicious as it was written in broken English. By the time I contacted my bank the money had already been taken. I immediately ordered a new card so no further payments could be taken out and I suggest you do the same.

I believe I have just been scammed by this site representing themselves as Pandora. The site appeared as Pandora.net with early black friday offers it was only after placing an order and not receiving a confirmation mail from pandora did I have my suspicions. I received a confirmation mail today from sales jcappoc.com which I think has confirmed my suspicion particularly good iven comments on this site once I searched on the name jcappoc. I am going to try to stop the transaction with my bank but don't hold out much hope

I totally agree. I placed an order on the 7th Nov, I didn't get a confirmation number till I asked on the 9th Nov. Finally got an email on the 26th Nov saying it has shipped. Arrived on the 8th Dec and have requested refund showing pictures of what I ordered and what arrived. Have not heard anything.

I had the same problem, I went into the site from Facebook. Didn't complete the order but my bank got a charge. Can't contact them because the site really don't exist I email back the sales receipt to cancel and refund my account but nothing has happen nor there was a reply to my Emil. I'm upset with the bank because when you are home trying to buy something they decline your purchase if they think it's not you but when it's needed for them to contact you before they process payment they process without a call

I did the same and contacted Barclaycard who advised that as the transaction is still showing as pending they cannot do anything until 5th December but they are sending out the fraud pack so that I can get my money back - really don't know how facebook can get away with these companies advertising

I placed an order on 2 Nov for 3 Pandora charms, payment was completed still waiting for my charms..its now 26 Nov, I'm not holding out much luck of receiving them can't track them on the number I was given.so I'm thinking I've been had.

JCapPoc.com delivery of false products...

...what company. I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes, one was delivered in wrong colour the other in wrong size. Without any address of the company or confirmation of the order, just with an e-mail address I've sent lots of emails all replied in 1 sentence, finally with the promise to refund half of the price. But nothing happen; new conversation seem to start new unpleasant senseless emails. No good idea to place an order at this company! Be warned and be carfully and pay attention to your money otherwise it's gone.

JCapPoc.com pandora beads bought through pandora-jewellery-store.com

My son and mum ordered Pandora beads through pandora-jewellery-store.com. I was a bit concerned because I'd not seen the site they'd ordered from. On first looking at the site it looked ok but I knew the stuff would be coming from China and warned them. Sure enough my son got an email from [protected]@jcappoc.com saying his items would be sent by china post. That was at the end of September and still no sign of them. I've emailed but after checking jcappoc out it seems like he won't get a response. I've told my mum to go through her bank to see if she can get her money back but it has taught both of them an important lesson about why I only use recognised websites, why I check unknown ones out first and why I try to use PayPal as much as I can

I have been trying to get my credit card company to recover my money and after jumping through many hoops I am still at square one! I did receive the charms but would not give them to anyone. They are rubbish! I will send a copy of your letter and see if it makes any difference. This should not have happened to anyone. Hope you were able to recover your investment!

JCapPoc.com Adidas ss std lux x g28353 white/black sneakers

On 01 March I ordered this pair of sneakers for my daughter. Despite several mails to the company we didn't receive the shoes. Last month I gave them my bank details for refund (64.65 euros) but until today no reaction. They keep saying that is was shipped, but here no trace (also not in our local post office. It is really embarrassing that it takes such a long time to solve this problem - my lesson is learned: never again (at least not with that company)

My 17 year old son has just learnt his first lesson in rogue Internet traders. Paid £50+ for a pair of what appears to be fake Nike trainers. Has requested to return them and ask for a refund as he paid with his debit card. Surprise, surprise - no response! Any idea what can be done or any chance of him getting his well earned Saturday job money back?

I have just received a fake pair of Nike trainers; wrong size and colour etc. I've notified the seller and currently waiting for advice on how to proceed. To press I've paid nearly £60 including post and packaging. Help, anyone. I need to find a solution?

TRY GETTING IN TOUCH WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD PROVIDER AND ASK THEM TO STOP PAYMENT AND GET REFUND, DUE TO FAKE NIKE TRAINERS THEY WILL HELP, I HAVE DONE THIS AND I WAS LUCKY, GOT REFUND.

I have ordered a pair of Nike-shoes. But the ones I receved is fake. The seller offered to pay back some of the money, and I could keep the shoes. But I really do want all my money back. Because the shoes I got was not the one I ordered! Still no answer, and when I try contact the seller my e-mails doesn't go forward anymore. So I really do hope this FAKE-Website is reported to the police!

I had the same problem. My soon buyed Nike shoes since august. The shoes are stopped at the postoffice in Belgium because it seems that the shoes are not true Nike. I have paid with a credit card. And the society answer to my mail by saying : i will refund you but at this day, I received no refund and no shoes. I wrote them I will go to the local police

I have byed 1 shoes nike air force 1. After then arrived to my thelephone a message that I have payed 76 euro. Day after another payment for 74 euro. Today arrive a mail from jcapp.com that ibform me rhat from 5.14 days I will receive them. I think that they will not arrive and are not original. But the money was taken by PTSHD delta .china and another take whit PThBJc
alpha always china for 74 euro. I ask to my bank to stop my credit card but those money they have taken yet. They don'T HAVE original nike. Dont make byer whit them

'Dear customer,
We have refunded your money, as the bank need about 5-7 working days to confirm the refund, and for, need to wait about 30 banking days to receive the refund, Wish you could understand.

Can you please advise what I should do to take this further as the company still owes me £90. I send emails daily and they are being ignored.

JCapPoc.com item not received

In good faith bought a Ice Hockey Puck Pandora charm paid for this through Pay Pal on 6th Jan 2015 and despite loads of e-mail and factious tracking numbers and ref numbers i havent received my item.Have just found out that this company is scamming people and im so upset as this was a present cant believe this chinese guy is still getting away with this scam.I will be getting in touch with PAY PAL to try and get my money back.Feel so silly that i was sucked in should have realised this was not a proper company as there was no company name.

JCapPoc.com trainer scam

Wish i had used my instinct & done my research before ordering trainers for my sons Xmas present as the price seemed too good to be true! After waiting a month with a couple of vague emails & being told that if they were the wrong size it will be troublesome to return
i have now contacted my credit card company who told me they have had a lot of complaints about this company. I feel sorry for all the other poor people who paid in good faith for items that were never going to be sent. Helpful piece of information from Halifax that if you have paid money in a single transaction they are unlikely to take more money from the same card as its a more serious offence whereas sending nothing saying it must have got lost in post or a total wrong item means they can carry on duping everyone around the world.

JCapPoc.com order

I ordered adidas trainers on August 23rd on a website I though located in Europe. I was surprised when I received the payment confirmation to notice the site was in China, but I though "wait and see". I received my trainers yesterday (so 3 weeks after my order), but nothing to see with the one I ordered ! different models and different color (only the size and brand are right) !
I will never order on this site again !

Tried to get in touch with them & they pretend as well that "my order is still in process" and as well the seller ignores me...
When I send an e-mail now it comes back to me as a mailer-deamon !

JCapPoc.com My order is still in process and seller ignores me

I ordered swarovski necklace from the website www. Jcappoc.com. I paid for the necklace and got confirmation email. I checked the status of my order, but it was mentioned that it was in process. After several weeks, the same crap. I tried to reach the seller, but this ### ignored me. I have no idea what to do now. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

I also ordere an adidas hamburg shoes on website http://www.wish-me.uk.com and after I payed 55£ they bill was in Chinese company Dht store technology C bei jing and in chinese CNY ! It wasn't a UK website. Aslo they didn't send me a order details, a letter was very strange and unproffesional and it has other address then a website. It was owner@example.com and service@jcappoc.com.
Ofcourse after 5 minutes I contacted my bank I asked for a refund, they told me to wait a 7 days. I really hope to receive it.
It's very strange how they are still existing, they have so many fake websites and police is unactive.
Aslo very IMPORTANT! My bank told me to change this credit card because they have my card information and can still money!

I ordered nike shoes from the site US Freemax which lists as in France. link is www.freemax.us.com same as above. Unfortunately after searching for scams by that name I ordered two pair when my shoes arrived from China they are knock offs so far no reply from my emails. US Freemax is a scam site. US Freemax had no complaints until the replied as Jcappoc.com with the order confirmation. Other sites are stating Jcappoc has tried to charge the credit card twice. Beware of US Freemax scam site for sure

I feel stupid and extremely angry. Two days ago I placed an order for 3 converse shoes totaling £120 plus shipping. The first time the transaction showed to be "failure", then I freakn registered and created an account with the website, and reordered the 3 shoes. Same as before, "failure" and the status on the profile i created still shows "pending". One day after placing the order, i received an email asking me to change the method of payment and use western union instead of a credit card (and get 15 % off for using paypal), which i didn't do. I suspected something not quite right. I ended up receiving 3 different emails from 3 different addresses:
"from xingbill@xingbill.com thanking me for the purchase and confirming that the payment went through,
followed by J Winnie who asked me to complete the payment and use western union.
another one by service@jcappoc.com who said that they received my payment and confirmed my order.
I have replied to all of them asking for clarification, then wrote them again demanding to cancel my order immediately. till this moment i haven't yet received any response.

the website where I saw and bought the shoes is http://www.nikesroresale.com/
It looked perfectly fine and i did not suspect that it was based in China. My bad.. got over excited when i saw that the sizes and colors i wanted were available at the website, and with a cheaper price than they usually cost.
I just contacted my credit card company who told me that a payment of 1200 Yuan has been indeed approved for somewhere in Shanghai. They said the best thing is to block my card now, and to contact them tomorrow during work hours and see if and how i will be refunded.

this more than sucks, these Chinese scams are a damn plague. As if its not enough that they fake just about every single thing in this world.

Do not order from this website! My cousin ordered some sneakers for my birthday. The company quickly processed the payment and didn't send her a tracking number. After she continuously emailed customer service for 2 weeks she finally got a response with a tracking number. Finally, the shoes arrived a month later in the wrong color and size and they appear fake. Based on the reviews from other victims on this page, it's ridiculous to believe we can ever get a refund/exchange from this company. $80 went to waste!

Heya everyone,

So, I was also a victim of this con artist(s). I placed an order with http://www.trainersukonline.uk.com/, asked a question and got a response from jcappoc.com. Also, the charge was taken from my card in China... you can see above that the website is supposed to be UK,

Anyway, I found out the website hosting company for jcappoc.com and reported to it that I and several others have been victims of fraud from this person(s). The hosting company originally replied just telling me to contact the cops and were not planning on doing anything about it. I prevailed and emailed them back telling them to do a google search on the URL and that any legit company would just suspend the account based on what they find there.

The company emailed me back within 24 hours saying that they had suspended the account and any services that the person has with them

I strongly suggest you all go to a website that you can do a WHOIS search on any domain name (it tells you the contact info) that you have been frauded from and report it to the hosting company. (you can find a ton of WHOIS search engines by just doing a google or whatever search for whois).

Also, report the fraud to your local police... I'm going to.

Got the wrong size of my order and till now, no solution! Scammed!

It's been 5 months I've been trying to get a solutions from them - they sent me the wrong size of my order. They keep asking me for order number, complete info, etc, etc and when there's no more details to ask for, simply reply "Ok, I'll check for you" and then silence.
But they were pretty prompt to get the money from my credit card!
101% scam!
This was the website I was scammed on: http://www.usashoesdeals.org - it's not working anymore, anyway, be attentive.

Much the same story for me £112 (inc postage) an a pair of fake Nike shoes wrong colour, wrong size an badly made turned up a month later, messaged for a refund and was mostly ignored an then it turned to stalling tactics asking for pictures of em which i sent an then was promised a partial (30%) refund twice that never happened, then ignored for a month till this week when they once again asked for pictures of em replied back an told em i will be reporting em and today the site has vanished along with any hope of getting my money back.

total scammers so i reported em to this online fraud place to investigate anyone uk based should do the same http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/ sad to see some messages a year old on here an all they seem to be doing is moving sites an reopening.
