i want my money put back on my cell phone. it was supposely to be free.

care@ringtimes.com was advertised to be free. all i did was put my cell number in and automatilly they chaged me 9.99 a month. when i tried to cancell they took a nother 9.99 out of my account. i want my 19.99 put back on my cell number.

yeah this retards need to put my minutes back they said in the book that comes with the phone to go to att/ring so i went there and was under the impression there was no charge and didnt even give me a chance to say yes or no before i could read all the details and took twenty dollars off my prepaid phone which only had 25 minutes on the damn phone so put that back on my phone now please or im dropping this phone company and me and my familly will go to t mobile or alltell

On July 4th I received a text message saying to receive a complementary free ringtone reply yes to 71769. I replied yes only to receive a free ringtone, next thing I know these scam artists took 9.99 out of my account balance with virgin mobile. Today not even ten minutes ago I spent about a half an hour with this stupid customer service representative who went on about how they dont do refunds.They are dead wrong because I didnt get a complementary ringtone or any ringtone period from them and they still dont want to refund my money. that shit got me pissed off. Ringtone Times is really a scam.
