I had a similar problem. it was my Java program that helps run the program. if it is updated to the new current version it will cause the 360share pro to not show. I had to remove it using the "add or remove programs" in the control panel of windows xp. After i removed the new version of java, my programed worked great... just like when i first got it. I hope this helps you... it has helped me and many others... it really is not that big of a problem...
