A lady from the company Hfi Success Experts contacted me via phone and offered to buy different items. I agreed and bought juicer. She told me that it cost about $60. Later this company started to charge my account for this sum each month. They used my information, which I gave them when I bought juicer. I sent emails to them and asked to stop, but no one replied. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

These scammers duped my elderly mother who lives on a very low fixed income into accepting their "subscription" based on a lie. They told her they were sending her a walmart card for $100 and she had to pay $4.95 for shipping the card. Then within 2 days she got 3 charges from 3 different companies, one of which was Success Experts and another was BLS*Pulse, each charge was low, like $1.99, $2.99 and $4.95. We had the bank shut that card down and reissue a new card. New charges from a fourth company were attempted on the card we shut down. Within one month, new charges for two of the companies (BLS Pulse and Success Experts) hit her new card and she hasn't even had control of it. The new card was only ever used at Walmart and our bank's ATM. How did they get the new card number? These scammers are insidious. Even if you close your card and get a new one they somehow find a way to infiltrate the new card!

Called: [protected]. IL. when an attempt was made to charge me $60. To say the woman was clueless is the understatement of 2018. She "canceled your [my] subscription..." — for what? She didn't respond. I messed with her a little about talking from a script, she wasn't amused. Yes, I pointed that out as well.

Scammers for sure. When I mentioned a "fraud"-report through my C.U., the chickie on the phone started talking REAL FAST. Got my "Confirmation #" and ended the call abruptly.

While recovering from surgery, I purchased over the phone a product to help with rehabilitation. Apparently, I also purchased a three-month trial membership in a coaching service. The company claims that they sent me a letter at the end of the third month, saying they would continue the service unless I notified them. I don't remember receiving the letter, and it certainly wasn't registered. Two surgeries and rehabs, two moves, two cancer diagnoses, and some inattentiveness later, and we only discovered THREE YEARS down the road that we have been charged $59.95 (coincidental?) a month since June of 2012. I contacted the company. They "have a no-refund" policy, but—and how does this make sense?—they were willing to offer me a three-month refund only. I doubt I can be helped by my credit card company, but I'm interested in finding fellow scam victims. From the company's point of view, I guess it's a good way to have guaranteed income . . . unless you don't mind being being light on the ethics side of things.

Where are the rest of the complaints? I know there are many more. They took 59.95 out of my account. I last had any dealing with this company in 2013. Claim I didn't close my contact. I own over 800.00, now they want to collect. Has any one else have any similar, Fraudulent dealing with this company.
