Prior to depart for overseas for duty, I had cancelled my acai subscription, but discovered upon my return to the states that this company had debited my account while they mailled to my residence 15 packages of colonthin.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Just email us at Corporate@trislimusa.com and we can cancel your membership for you. It is that simple, just tell us you want to cancel, and we will cancel your account. Thanks,

Yes I am trying to cancel any further ColoThin being sent to me. When they sent me the trial they did not send ant information on how to cancel they will soon charge my card how do I cancel them. I would hate to cancel my card but if they start to charge me I might have to seek legal advice can you help me?
