Gutters N Covers review: Rip off beware 21

I'm another happy customer. Because we can only say good thing about this company. First of all they were coming always in time. Second all employees were so friendly and professional. And the final our project is better than we are expected. So i'm happy

This company really impressed us. We built a new patio cover about 3 month ago, and never had any issue with Arnold or working crew. They were really professional and patient

I hired this company 2 month ago also and can't say anything bad about them. They were always in time and fast working. Now my cover looks amazing. The sales man explained me right from start what they suppose to do without any hidden fees and other issues

I do not know why people complaining. My experience was more than amazing with gutters n covers. Last month we remodeled our back patio with Cover. And the whole project impressed me. Not only the prices are unbeatable but the attitude is really professional and friendly. I'm really happy we hired them

My personal experience was so pleased. I ordered Covers for my Open patio and they instolled it really quick less than in a week and i have to say it was not that easy, because of the landscape. Also the weather was so hot. But the crew was warking really professional and fast but i never rushed them. Thanks Drew would deal again

i had only good experience with Gutters N Covers. the guy on the phone was so helpfull and responsible he send us the crew right a way. Also can not complain about the prices, because we expected to be nore higher, but we got a discount

I have nothing to complain about. I dealed with this company for 2 times already and never got any issues, My sales rep was Chunk both times he sent me Drew and his helper, Also we always agreed on prices before they start and they never high it. So my personal experience was more than exelent. Can not complain

The staff was well qualified and did a great job. They did what Chunk said they would, when they said they would and answered any questions I had.

I was pleased with the service they provided. And has to say they did everything professional and in timely maner. And from the begining to the end never got any issues. Can say i'm completely satisfy with them.

Were professioal and courteous. Went right to work and showed up on time.Explained what they would be doing and did what they said. Informed me of any issues or changes if needed to do a professioal job.Will use them again and will refer to others without any hesitation.

Not sure why anyone gave these guys one star? our patio cover is beautiful and went in without any problems from start to finish, now HOA that's a bit time consuming but after that quick and painless. Thank you Gutters N Covers.

I had the same experience! Cary seems nice when you first meet him, but is the biggest liar I've ever dealt with. They bid the whole job, demo concrete, pour new concrete, install the patio cover and handle all of the electrical to the exsisting switches inside my house. The job was contracted on like the 1st of June and was supposed to be completed by July 1, 2014. Today is August 11, 2014 and they are still not done, not only that, they never did the concrete or demo work. Cary told me that he under bid it so I needed to get it done by myslef, oh, and I found that out after calling him over a two week period that he didn't answer my calls so I texted him and that is how he told me. I called and e mailed for the owner, and he never cared enough to call me back. I finally had to file a complaint with the State Of California. Believe it, the owner knows about the complaint and hasn't tried to call me to see if there is anything that he can do to make things better. This jackwagon doesn't care! I agree, this company needs to be ran out of town! My lights and fans are still inop. I am going to have to find an electrical contractor to finish this job correctly. Oh, they even chipped my fresh stucco away from my wall and left a giant hole there. How can a company that operates this way stay in business?

Completely unprofessional company! Had a patio cover installed in April... And still waiting for them to come out to fix the electrical wiring to the lights & fan, and to reinstall the fan so that the Pull chain functions! Now I'm being told to to purchase dimmer attachments and to get a new fan! Have filed a claim with the BBB.

The salesman Cary is a big flake. They do not stand behind their product. In fact, they build the cover with dents and all and never come back to fix it. Stay away from Gutters n Covers. Let's run them out of town.

I used them they rip you off... they low bid and add afterwards beware dont use them... very bad management they never never never return calls and when they do its all a lie! trust me you willl get screwed
