I don't know what this is or who authorized you to take money from my credit card, but I want my card credited back with that money. The money was taken on April 9, 2008. If you need the referance number you can contact me through e-mail. I seriously want this money back. The amount was $34.95.
I called my bank, they gave me this number 1888-205-2664, supposedly a direct line to "GPNETHELP.COM" and I told the rep. that I canceled my subscription, but I still was charged 34.95. He looked at my records and saw that I did cancel my account and that he was going to "cancel it again' and refund the 34.95. Now I just have to wait and check my bank records to see if the charges are reversed.
