I placed an order with this company and wired them $980 - the full amount of the invoice. It has been 3 weeks and I have not received a single correspondence or phone call since they received their money. Gift Boxes Direct is a scam and no one should do commerce with them. I will try my very best to complain to the governing authorities so that their website is taken down and they can no longer scam any other consumers.
I'm having the same issue. Paid them in April in full and have not had any communication since. Beware!
