We drove three hours to a resort to receive a "free " cruise and missed time from work for a scam. When I called the company they put me on hold and acted as if none of the dates I requested were available. The long distance phone call got me nowhere! I ended up canceling my trip after reading all the other customers complaints. Hopefully, I will receive my deposit back, what a JOKE!

I am so glad to have seen this on line before calling. I was upset already with my credit card company when I noticed that my flight points from a trip abroad never posted. Mind you I had been solicited by phone earlier this year by the company to upgrade for a fee of $75.00 so that every person traveling with me would count for every mile flown. I called at least about six times and faxed my itenirary to the company twice. After assuring me that I had over 27000 miles owed to me for the next billing, never did anyone ever explain to me that I needed to spend that equivalent in purchases in order to obtain my points. This had never happend before, as soon as I traveled my points were posted. The so called supervisor to make ammends promised to refund my $75.00 dollar fee and suggested that I make use of Spirit Incentives since I do have to travel every year abroad. And up to this point I had not even heard of this program til now. Goes to show how far up the scam is really going.
Thanks for the warning!
